At TigerWings, we provide children opportunities to learn real life skills. This week, each child took on their own grocery shopping challenge, planning nutritious meals while sticking to a budget. They practiced comparing prices, making smart choices, and seeing just how quickly a budget can add up. We love creating fun, hands on opportunities for our kids to learn skills they can carry forward with them.

PHILANTHROPY DAY 3!! 🩵🩵

These past 3 days have been SO much fun!! Today we are highlighting our philanthropy events, Letters of Love and Bouquets for BigHouse. But first, here’s a message from our wonderful Philanthropy Vice President, Holland Finch!

Hi guys! My name is Holland Finch, and I have the honor of serving as Alpha Xi Delta’s Philanthropy Vice President! This role has become one of the most meaningful parts of my time in Alpha Xi because I get to witness how much our chapter cares about making a difference in the lives of others!

Serving foster families and their awesome kiddos through The BigHouse Foundation has been one of my favorite parts of college and has shown me that even the smallest moments can mean so much. From selling flowers during Bouquets for BigHouse to helping girls find their perfect prom dress at Glitz, Glam, and Gowns, I’ve loved watching our sisters come together through service and pour so much love into the people we get to serve. This position has taught me that philanthropy isn’t just about what we give, but about the intentional relationships we build with everyone. I’m beyond thankful for the blessing of getting to lead this part of our chapter and for all of the amazing moments that have come from it!
