✨Meet your instructor… Danica✨

“Over the years, movement and intentional health habits became a form of therapy for me. A way to keep my body and mind in balance. Pilates was the piece that clicked everything together, and becoming an instructor felt like the most natural next step.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m outside with my dogs and my husband, usually on a trail or soaking up whatever the island throws at us.”

Genuinely didn’t expect this part.

I’ve never felt so comfortable in a group of women right off the bat. No weird competition . No hustle culture. No pressure. Just real ones showing up and supporting each other.

If you’ve been looking for your people, this might be it ♥️
