I’m opening the doors at Southbank Tower this Friday for a brokers’ open.

55 Upper Ground, SE1 9EY. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 18th floor. 922 sq ft with unobstructed views across the Thames towards St Paul’s, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament. Chain free.

The building itself is worth seeing. London’s largest private rooftop terrace, cinema room, business lounge, and 24-hour concierge. It’s one of those properties where the communal spaces genuinely add to the proposition for buyers.

If you’re an agent with active buyers looking in SE1 or the wider South Bank area, come and see the property in person. It photographs well, but the views and the sense of space are better understood when you’re standing in the room.

Friday 11 September, 11am to 1pm. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. DM me or call 07737 059 052 to confirm attendance.

Shining a well-deserved spotlight on an incredible group of agents! 🌟

We're celebrating our incredible agents who capped in July!

Hitting cap is an incredible accomplishment. It's built on early mornings, late nights, constant dedication and pushing through for every client. We couldn't be prouder of the standard you set for our entire team every single day.

Join us in celebrating their phenomenal success in the comments! Drop a 👏 or a 🔥 below to cheer them on! 👇

A few throwbacks with some great people. It's always good to take a moment to appreciate those who make a difference.

Hope everyone has a great week ahead!

Going self-employed was never just about business for me, it was about building a life with more balance, more freedom, and more purpose. My family always comes first, and everything I do is built around creating more time, flexibility, and presence with them.

I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by supportive, driven agents who constantly raise the standard and keep me motivated to keep improving. One of my main goals has always been to cap each year — not just as an achievement, but as a reflection of consistency, discipline, and personal growth.

For anyone unfamiliar with what that means, one of the things I value about the eXp model is that once you've reached a set company contribution, you keep 100% of your commission for the remainder of your anniversary year (aside from a small transaction fee). It's a structure that genuinely rewards performance and makes a real difference.

Proud to say I’ve capped again this year!
Grateful for the journey so far, and even more excited for what’s next🎉

I’m hosting an open house this Friday at Thames Creek, Wraysbury - a four-bedroom riverside home with a private mooring, electric gates, and one of the best decks I’ve had the pleasure of standing on.

Fellow eXp agents, come and see it for yourself. Whether you have a buyer in mind or just want to have a peak, you’re welcome!

Friday 27th June | 12pm to 2pm
Snacks and refreshments on me.

Comment or DM me to confirm you’re coming and get the full address. See you there.

What a fantastic day at the @barry_collins23 Charity Football Tournament ⚽️

20 teams, lots of laughs, and some surprisingly competitive matches. Safe to say our average age didn’t do us any favours! 😂

I still remember when we entered our first eXp team two years ago and heard comments like:

“What’s eXp? Isn’t that just that online agency?”

Fast forward to today, and it’s amazing to see how far eXp and TheOrg have come. To now be recognised by some of the most influential people in the industry is incredibly exciting.

Unfortunately, we didn’t make it through the knockout stages, but the real highlight was catching up with so many great London agents who are building fantastic businesses and lives.

Huge thanks to everyone involved in organising such a brilliant event and raising money for charity.
Now for the important bit… we clearly need to recruit some younger eXp agents before next year. 😅

So, if you’d like to join eXp purely to strengthen our football team and give us a fighting chance next year, get in touch.

The eXp model is amazing… but right now, our midfield needs even more work. ⚽️🔥

First look at Durnsford Court, Wimbledon.

Eight new homes on a quiet SW19 street. A mix of one and two-bedroom residences, from 38.5 to 89 sqm, each with private outdoor space.

Doors open Wednesday for fellow eXp agents only. Walk the units, ask anything, stay for food and a drink.

If you have buyers actively looking in Wimbledon, this one is worth a couple of hours of your week.

DM to confirm your spot.

Great catching up with @will.stewartbrown.property.exp and supporting him on his @expukestateagents journey.

We talked business foundations, a new listing coming to market, content strategy and lead generation.

Big takeaway: don’t wait for perfect content. When building a business, it’s ‘not about being the best content creator — it’s about being the best known.’

Show up, stay visible and get in front of people consistently.

For agents in year one, the focus is simple: hustle.
• Content, content, content
• Lead gen every day
• Build strong referable partners
• Do everything you can to create opportunities

Get set up, get known, generate leads. Momentum follows action. 💪

Some homes don’t need much introduction.
Tucked away within one of Cobham’s most established private settings, this beautifully presented five-bedroom home combines space, privacy and warmth in a way that’s hard to come by — and even harder to forget.

Selling or letting your home isn’t just about a transaction.

Some properties have a story that deserves the right approach. I believe in matching homes with people who’ll truly appreciate them – not just pushing through a quick sale.

My approach? Tailored, strategic, connected. Working behind the scenes to find the perfect match.

“eXp changed my life!”

I want to properly highlight Daniel Archer and the way he’s building within eXp UK.

Daniel is a standout example of what’s possible in this model when talent meets work ethic and the right environment. In a relatively short period of time, he’s built a high-performing £££ sales business, earning recognition as one of eXp UK’s strongest agents globally and quickly establishing himself as one of eXp key players in the industry.
.
What sets Daniel apart is not just production ( of which he is an absolute superstar!) — it’s how he operates. He’s disciplined, professional, and client-first, with a calm confidence that comes from knowing his market and running a proper process. He’s proof that you don’t need layers of management or a traditional office to deliver exceptional results — just accountability, clarity, and focus.

Beyond his own success, Daniel is also a natural mentor and collaborator. He shares openly, supports others coming through the business, and genuinely buys into the idea that growth is better when it’s shared. That mindset is exactly why he’s such a strong fit within TheOrg and the wider eXp UK leadership community.

If you’re an agent who wants to build serious momentum, learn from someone actively doing the work at a high level, and grow within a modern, supportive model, Daniel is absolutely someone worth speaking to.

DM me or reach out to Daniel directly for a conversation.
