This is a pretty cool stage to watch 🧱🏋️‍♂️

Squat. Bench. Deadlift.

We’ve spent time learning ..
📌how to move
📌building control
📌getting comfortable in the weight room

We now have some new faces starting to make the transition to the barbell — and the movements are looking GOOD 👏🏽

Some nights the room just has it 🔋⚡️

We had a lot of moving parts to last nights session and everybody locked in 🔐

Last night we had …
📌New faces show up
📌Athletes in-season showing up
📌Athletes out of season showing up
📌Athletes injured and STILL SHOWING UP!

Battery was at 100% last night 😤🔋

One of my favorite things to watch is a kid start to feel like they belong @angels_strengthlab 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🧱

A weight room can be intimidating .. especially when you’re young, new to training, or maybe you’re not the kid who always gets the attention.

But then something changes.

The movements get better. The confidence grows. The energy comes out. And eventually, they walk through the door knowing they belong there. 📈

You don’t have to be the biggest, strongest, fastest, or best athlete in the room.

You just have to be willing to work.

There’s a place for you here @angels_strengthlab

This post has
No crazy PRs. No huge moment.

Just three kids who keep showing up.
@daniel.robinson.15
@shanerobinson003
@joey_tyler1221

And over enough time, that becomes the big moment.

Play the long game ♟️📈

🥈 Some families pass down talent.

🥇The best ones pass down work ethic.

Watching @daniel.robinson.15 & @shanerobinson003 push each other, compete, and grow together has been awesome.

The work really does run in the family 🧬🧱

Weak hands create weak athletes.

Strong grip improves control, confidence, and performance in almost every sport.

Simple challenge.

Who thinks they got 2 minutes with the 15s?
