WISTFULNESS

October 26th.

A year in the making.
My biggest project ever.

This album has changed more times than I can count, and there were moments where I genuinely never thought I’d get to see the finished project.

What started as witch house, screamo and electronic music slowly transformed into something completely different. Breakdown-driven hardcore, shoegaze, noise, atmosphere, and everything I’ve learned along the way.

WISTFULNESS is also a huge part of my own growth.

I started as just a screamer with zero knowledge of music production.

Now I’m producing an entire album. The music, the sound, the artwork, the visuals, the entire world surrounding it.

It took a year.
It changed constantly.
So did I.

And now it’s finally finished.

“INSULIN” is the fourth and final single before the release of my full-length album, Wistfulness.

“INSULIN” is by far the most emotional and difficult song I’ve ever written.

This song was born during one of the lowest points of my life, when I was struggling with alcohol addiction and drug abuse. At the time, nothing felt right, and I couldn’t see any way out.

I kept trying to feel okay, to feel like the person I was before those troubled years, but instead, I buried myself deeper in substances and trapped myself in an endless cycle.

“INSULIN” is about that desperation: not wanting to feel the pain anymore, and longing to feel the same as I once did.

This song is deeply personal to me, and releasing it feels like exposing a part of myself I kept hidden for a long time.
