Upper 2 @meritor_gyms_ last night
Back focused - however, much more lat focus than anything as this is where my back development is severely lacking. This is the same across both back programming for our upper days.

Thankyou @darkstims @daniel_ewen for the sick pump 💪🫡

Pre workout meals are often overthought and over complicated. In reality, they can be something as simple as crumpets and honey. Now that’s nothing special by any means, it’s a fast digesting source of carbohydrates with almost no fat or fibre to slow the digestion down.
The example I gave in the video is 300kcal and 66 grams of fast absorption carbohydrates. Quick, easy fuel for energy in your session.

The fast glucose availability tops up your muscle fast. A low fat/fibre count stops the bloating and blood flow into the stomach for digestion which results in better pumps. The small hit of fructose from a good quality honey source tops up your liver enzymes which regulate your blood sugar and energy for the session.

But that’s the general principle -> choose something high in carbohydrates that is fast-adjusting, and you will be golden.

Optionally: pair with @darkstims pre/pump with a good amount of water and pink Himalayan salt 40-45 mins prior for skin splitting pumps.

3/12 done. Turned 24. The sun came back. Ate loads. Lifted. Ran. Boxed. Moved about on a court. Smiled. Had fun.

It’s only going to get better. What a time to be alive 🚀
