I took a 3 month break from running and it feels so damn good to be back. Life just feels more like a sunny day when I’m running. The endorphin release I get from it is unlike anything else. Doing something hard, having your heart rate up for a while, getting a good sweat in, being in nature, mental clarity, stress relief, vitamin d, and a tan are just a few of the things I missed from running

Looking for a summer experience, maybe learn to surf in the 80 degree plus warm waters on the Pacific side of Nicaragua. 3 time customer @_.zibby._ based in Chicago a hardcore corporate executor taking a break from the daily grind and putting her lessons learned from Casa La Barra’s surf instructor @cristianlopez5081 and staff.

We want to thank Zibby for her trust in Casa La Barra and in our product, give us a shout if you want to live our dream with Casa La Barra Surf Resort.
