Our last four days:

We left Paris on Monday and took the train back to London. We spent our first afternoon exploring the area then hopped on the best dinner/sightseeing tour with @bustronomelondon - a six course dinner on a super cute bus with a glass ceiling that allows a fantastic opportunity to see all the sights. Highly recommend!

The next day we toured the state rooms at Buckingham Palace then off to high tea at The Ritz London. You have to book this about a year in advance and it was well worth it. Shopped for shirts & ties for the guys before heading inside, it’s spectacular! After tea we spent the afternoon shopping and stopped for dinner at @circolopopolare.uk before heading to see The Devil Wears Prada musical.

On Wednesday we took the kids to a totally different kind of tea at Peggy Porschen in Chelsea. Dave & I fell in love with this adorable cafe last time we were here and I couldn’t wait to take Eva. Everything is pink so I knew she’d love it. 💕 After tea we headed bs j to change and surprised them with the two-part Harry Potter & the Cursed Child show, stopping for dinner in between for the best fish & chips at @waxyoconnorspubofficial . We rushed out after the show to hit a local pub and cheer on the English soccer team. Although the outcome wasn’t favorable, it was truly such a cool experience.

On Thursday we headed to Kensington Palace to see the childhood home of Queen Victoria. Then we jumped on the Tube and spent the afternoon thrifting on Brick Lane before heading back to SoHo for dinner. It was our last night in London so we stayed out and wandered the streets a bit later than usual.

Such a great trip! 🇬🇧💂

Days 3 & 4 in Paris! 🇫🇷

Toured the famous cemetery Père Lachaise (Chopin, Voltaire and lots of other famous people buried here), followed by a visit to Notre Dame. Spent the afternoon enjoying a long lunch, shopping & sampling all the wonderful pastries. Then jumped on the Metro to head to Stade de France to see The Weekend, I had never seen him live before and it was such a blast!

The following day we got out of the city and drove to Versailles. If you have any interest in French history, this was a must and it was a great break after three days of a faster pace. Stopped for a delicious lunch at the adorable @laflottilleversailles then rented bicycles to tour the remainder of the gardens. Headed back into the city for a quiet night wandering the streets and enjoying our last evening in Paris. Off to London tomorrow!

Day Two in Paris! 🇫🇷 Started the day with an early morning tour of the Eiffel Tower (I stayed on the second platform, no way I was going all the way up). Headed to lunch and shopped for hours on our way back home. Then off to the Dior Museum, so incredible ! Dinner in the Latin Quarter to see the Emily in Paris sights….her apartment, favorite bakery and of course, Gabriel’s restaurant (PS - I do not recommend eating here, it doesn’t do Gabriel justice). Walked home and had to stop at Venchi’s before bed. Loving every minute. 🇫🇷❤️

Day One:

Started the morning with a Croque Madame for breakfast then a super fun motorcycle side car tour of the city, stopping at all the notable stops. Spent the afternoon shopping, LOTS of thrifting and sampling more local foods. Dinner at @pinkmamma_paris did not disappoint and capped it off with Moulin Rouge - definitely worth seeing! 🇫🇷❤️
