RFA NEW CLASS TIMETABLE

We’ve stripped the timetable back and focused on delivering fewer, higher quality sessions with a clear structure for the gym.

🥊 BOXING
Led by our Head Boxing Coach.

🥋 MMA
Led by our Head MMA Coach.

MONDAY • WEDNESDAY • FRIDAY
7PM MMA — Adults & Teens
8PM Boxing — Adults & Teens

Our competition classes and fight team training will run separately from the main timetable, allowing those preparing to compete to train in dedicated sessions.

We’re also opening the RFA facility for team bookings. MMA gyms, boxing clubs, grappling teams and coaches can book the facility for private team sessions, camps, sparring, mat time and use of our training facilities.

A simpler timetable. Clearer coaching structure. Better sessions.

1 year of pursuing my dreams full time ✨️❤️ 2024 was the year I decided to bet on myself and make dancing and performing my full-time job. No more shift work, big corporate companies, or working in places that don't inspire or serve me.

It has been a mental rollercoaster and very tough financially, there's no sugarcoating that 😅 but I 100% have no regrets, and have become even more determined that I will get to where I want to be. I still have a very long way to go, but 2024 was a good start ❤️

Making this reel has reminded that I have made progress this year, despite doubts and anxiety. So my point is, don't let yourself forget things you have achieved even if they were not what you had hoped / expected.
