Reform & Refresh 2.0 🩵

Move. Matcha. Mingle. ⭐️

Yesterday was the cosiest, girlie Sunday reset. Full of movement, treats, matcha and LOTS of yappinggg 🤭

It was so lovely having a room full of girlies who could come, switch off after class, relax and just enjoy the afternoon together. Especially because I had never met most of you before, it genuinely means so much that you trusted me enough to come along.

Thank you to every diva who came and made yesterday so special. I LUV creating these little days for my community!!! 🥹🥹🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

And… the next event won’t be part of the Reform & Refresh series 👁️

Something a little different is coming… 🎃

See you very soon, divas! 🙂‍↕️
