What my day-to-day looked like during my training in beautiful Bali. Just like Hawaii, mama Bali has similar potent energy as Pele. Cleansing the impurities and renewing the spirit, but first you have to feel the burn 🔥

This specific day we learned a word that forever changed my perspective.

Namaha: it breaks down philosophically into na ("not") and maha ("me" or "mine"), meaning "not mine" or "not my ego". Chanting it is an act of spiritual surrender and ego-dissolution. It signifies giving up personal pride, control, and ownership to a higher power or cosmic order.

One month from today, we will be in Tulum!! Nov 22. Twelve days of Vaidika Dharma begin.

Our home is Candela, a small collection of magestic pyramid built, mexico-japanesd villas in Tulum’s lush nature jungles. A yoga shala, the trees, the villa pools, and rooftop jacuzzi. And the town and the natural reserve beach close by.

The days are woven from morning pūjā and meditation, mantra, Lucid Flow practice, Sanskrit, and Vedānta teachings that make sense of your life.

There is also the business growth side, the mastermind, where you work on your purpose and how to offer it to the world.

And along the way, some beautiful moments outside the shala too. A field trip to the Sian Ka’an reserve. A visit to Pargo Cenote for a Mayan clay ritual. And a fire ceremony, a ritual of gratitude offerings.

Eleven days & a beautiful constalation of people who speak your language.

Tomorrow we begin. Living Dharma. At 6 PM Bali time tomorrow we sit together for the very first class. So exciting !!

So before we meet, we want to leave you with one thing. Imagine this.

Something happens, the thing that usually sets you off, and this time there is space. You see your pattern arrive. You recognise it, almost like an old friend.

And you do not get pulled in.

Imagine feeling grounded in who you are, without needing every person and every circumstance around you to be different first.

Clearer choices. Relationships you create on purpose, instead of ones that just happen to you. Change coming, as it always does, and you moving through it steady.

Living Dharma. Four weeks, live online, walking through the 20 values of the Bhagavad Gītā for self knowledge.

There is, a space in time... a little space between what happens to you and how you respond. You know that space. Most days we fly straight through it. The reaction comes out faster than the choice. The words leave before we meant them to. The old pattern runs the show, again.

These 20 values slowly make that space bigger. Clarity. Steadiness. Honesty. Patience. Real qualities you practice, the way you practice anything.

And with a little more space, everything breathes. Your relationships soften. Your choices get clearer. You start actually meeting your life.

The whole journey comes down to one virtue: dharma. Living life with integrity. Shoeing up for what feeels right, and doing the work to be better humans. Everyday. Every thought, every action... more awareness. More clarity, more true intention.

The forest of emotions. Somehow, life always has a unique way of presenting uninvited guests.

One thought calls another... And suddenly a feeling grows louder than your breath.

Every beginning deserves a moment of intention. There is a beautiful word for this. Sankalpa. The quiet resolve you set before you begin something. Every ritual we hold opens with one. Before the flame is lit, before the first mantra, there is a pause, and a silent naming of why we are here.

You can set a sankalpa before anything. Before your morning begins, one breath, one sentence to yourself. Before a difficult conversation. Before opening the laptop. Before walking into a room. It takes ten seconds, and it changes the quality of everything that follows. Cos when you know your why, the how tends to organise itself around it.

The sky is actually holding the perfect moment for this. Yesterday was the equinox, the one day when light and dark stand in perfect balance. A threshold. And the moon is growing fuller by the night, reaching her peak this Saturday. Whatever you name now, you get to watch it ripen with her.

So here is a small invitation. Tonight, take one quiet minute. Ask yourself, what am I moving toward in this new season? One sentence. Say it like you mean it.

That is a sankalpa. Simple as that.

Sometimes things go upside down… Even the disorder is in order. Look around. The sun rises on time, every single morning. The tides know when to turn. Your heart has been beating without a single reminder since before you were born. Nobody manages any of it. And it all holds.

That same order does not stop where your plans fall apart. The cancelled flight. The path that ended. The chapter that broke your heart and quietly turned you into who you are. There is a background to everything. Life knows what it is doing, even in the seasons where nothing makes sense yet.

We usually only see it afterwards. Looking back, the mess had a shape. The detour was the road.

So if you are in the middle of something messy right now, take heart. You are not outside the order. You never were. Even this belongs

We remember how people made us feel ... Safe. Seen. Calm. Somehow, just by being near them.
