💕 Last Thursday marks 9 years together for Frenchie and I. Way back in 2017, on the third day of hanging out in-person, I handed her keys to my apartment, an act that was completely out of character for me in general let alone three days into really knowing someone. All I can say is something told me it made sense, like the feeling you get after seeing someone you love dearly after not seeing them for a very long time. 🥹

💫 That sliver of insight is a prime example of how life with Frenchie has always had this feeling of familiarity. Like we’ve danced through decades together many many times before. It’s hard to describe, but it is a feeling that has lived within me since we matched online all those years ago. 😍

✨ 2016 was the worst year of my life, but 2017 was the best year of my life. That’s the magic of 9 year cycles and the magic of Erin French. I will never stop screaming from the rooftops about how incredible she is. Endlessly grateful for this amazing life we’ve built together. Cheers to many more decades my love! @erinfrenchie 🥂✨💖✨🪩

Ok, 40 is pretty awesome. I got my @lego I❤️NY minifigure keychain in 2013, thinking one day I’d use it to hold my New York apartment keys. I deliberately flew to New York for my 30th birthday because I had hoped that one day I can call this city home. My timing could be better, but darn it I love this city and the weirdos in it so damn much. Thank you Kellen for being the bestest doofus and thank you to everyone who celebrated with me 💕

Even though this year has brought the most change we’ve ever experienced in our 8.5 years together, Frenchie has moved through our timeline jump with a finesse that is awe-inspiring. While it’s been exceptionally terrifying walking into “the unknown” of 2026, I’ve found ease in knowing that no matter where we are geographically, she is the common thread of home. That’s the magic that Frenchie carries as she dances her way head first into the dreams she worked her ass off to manifest. The way she experiences life with such vigor could persuade even the most introverted person to douse themselves in glitter without second guessing it. Cheers to you my baby @erinfrenchie!! Let it be known that I’m coming to the cottage every time 🏒🥅🔥❤️‍🔥

Tonight is the one year anniversary of my beloved @frankenbabynyc ❤️

It’s been my bimonthly case of the Mondays but with JOY for the past year! The friendship, the after hangs, the late night trips to Mr. Bao and the non toxic line ups curated by @jordanashleighf have kept me full of JOY!

Sprinkle that in with music from my favorite DJ @donwill pics from the badass @jokesonsam at the amazing @unionhallny and a few celeb drop ins and it’s heaven!

Tonight will be the first configuration of baby-less hosts @alisonleiby and @tyronethornhill together! I’ll be there to heckle “Alirone/Leibrone (cc @joshgondelman) from the back of the room.

I had a birthday! pt. 1

I wanted to do something lowkey, and wholesome, on a budget, and with lovely humans for this year and the celebrations absolutely exceeded all expectations.

I sprained my ankle at a ninja gym! I went on the Wonder Wheel for the first time (FINALLY)! We did an outdoor escape room! We got caught in torrential downpour! We ate crab legs! So much joy.

Please come live vicariously in all the fantastic shenanigans.
