Just over a year again I met Rebecca Villiers and Dan Cognolato in the rescue I was volunteering for. I met Rebecca at a house where 2 dogs were being given up. She was Fostering Gus (Blu) and I was fostering Mable (Ember) We went on our way and stayed in close contact ever since. I look after Gus when they go on holiday and absolutely love seeing him. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Sadly Dan’s mum passed away and from that sadness they chose to donate an amazing £500 to the rescue. We are so sorry for the loss of your mum and always send love.

Your Donation in memory of your lovely mum Judith Pegg is so appreciated from us all at New Leash Of Life 🕊️💙

Nothing like a before and after photo! We’ve been very fortunate thanks to @bigatom.co for their recycled tyres as we are currently researching how to transform this material into an upcycled resistance bands. Let us know what you think!

While we're still busy working on our sustainable fitness apparel and equipment we just wanted to take a moment to appreciate others who share a similar vision to our own - to make the world a greener more sustainable place - like Ocean Bottle. What do you all think to a Kaizen branded Ocean Bottle? Let us know what you think! @oceanbottle #sustainableliving #sustainable #sustainableuk #sustainablefitness #ukbusiness #smallbusiness

For most people Easter Sunday is a day to relax and put your feet up. For us it was putting our prototypes through their paces! We’ve been testing out our new up-cycled t-shirts, battle ropes and a used tyre using the workout below! 💪♻️

1. 5 x Battle Ropes 45s
2. 5 x Tyre Slams until failure
3. 5 x Tyre Squats 15 - 20 reps
4. 3 x 100m Tyre Drag Run

With 30s rest inbetween sets.

Stay tuned for what we’re going to be doing with the old tyre 👀
