Strong athletes aren’t built by training hard every day—they’re built by recovering with intention.

Today’s focus: Active Recovery + Foot & Ankle Health 👣

Your feet are your foundation. Every sprint, jump, cut, and change of direction starts from the ground up. Improving ankle mobility, foot strength, and stability helps increase performance while reducing the risk of injuries.

Recovery isn’t taking a day off—it’s investing in your next great performance.

Move better. Recover smarter. Perform stronger.

Train with purpose.

Most athletes train muscles. We train movement.

Speed. Balance. Coordination. Deceleration. Explosiveness. Every rep has a purpose because the game isn’t won in the weight room—it’s won by how you move when it matters most.

Train with intention. Move with confidence. Perform at your highest level.

Episode 4 is out now!

In this episode, Eric Tchalikian sits with Daniel Delsol-Lowry, a professional basketball player and founder of Dlowcamp, to explore his journey from South Jamaica, Queens to building a business in the UK.

After a career-threatening knee injury in college, Daniel turned adversity into opportunity by creating a basketball development platform rooted in discipline, community, and high-level training. Alongside his return to professional sport, he shares how studying entrepreneurship at Newcastle University and learning financial trading helped him fund and grow his vision.

This episode offers honest insights into resilience, risk-taking, and what it takes to build something from the ground up.

Footwork is the key to all movements and counters. If our feet are in sync with our ball handling, the counters are endless. Here’s some downhill work you should try 🎒
