Monday night was a big one for us — our first-ever League Cup semifinal. This team has put in a huge amount of work to get here, and it showed on the court.

The game had everything you love about basketball: intensity, smart decisions, emotion, and real fight until the final seconds. Yes, the result didn’t go our way, but this one still matters. A lot.

Proud of the effort. Proud of the growth. Proud of this team.

We’re not done — not even close.
The season is still heating up, and soon we step into another semifinal… this time in the main tournament.

Back to work. 🔥

Congratulations to our Limassol based amateur team @redpanda_basketball for reaching the semifinals of the @xeimerino cup after outstanding come back from more than 20 points down in the last quarter to record narrow 69-68 victory over heavily favorized P&P team. Next stop is championship play-offs semis on Friday (3rd of March) against the league regular season leaders. Keep up the good work! #amateur #basketball #cyprus #redpanda #moufflonsbasketball

Good luck to our men's amateur team in Limassol, who, after heroic victory over last year's champions in the quarterfinals, play the semifinals on Wednesday night at 20:30 at Polemidia Gymnasium. Best of luck, boys! #moufflonsbasketball #moufflons #moufflonsbc #moufflonscyprus #moufflons3x3 #moufflonscamp #moufflonsacademy #amateur #basketball #cyprus #cyprusbasketball @xeimerino

First ever snow trip to make it out of the group chat!

Snow swallowed on face planting the slopes - 8 pints.
Skier hit count - +5 (sorry guys, I’m just a girl 👉🏻👈🏻🫣)
Bruises obtained - +16
Wine consumed - ♾️

Big shout out to the board lads Louis, Jordan & Danny we met on the fly for showing us the ropes on the slopes!

Notable adventures included but not limited to:
• Looking novice on the Bunny slopes.
• £2.50 large glasses of wine.
• Looking comfortable on the Blue slopes day 1.
• Being told by the lads we were good enough for the ski road on day one and then nearly killing a skier on the way down 🙃.
• Eating snow on the blue slopes day 2.
• Danny egging me on to do the Red/Blue with him and making a tit of myself day 3.
• Kaleigh picking up skiing like a boss and doing ski road by herself last day.
• Pulse Thermal Spa.

Things to improve on:
Toe edge control, switching between edges, straightening out.

Until next time Bansko!
