The strength you didn’t know you had, the friendships you haven’t made yet, the confidence you’ve been searching for, and a version of yourself you haven’t even met yet.

It all starts with taking that first chance on yourself.

What are you waiting for? 💜

Let’s give it up for our Members of the Month, @thatssoryannnnnn + @meg_mariee__ 💙🎉

Ryan puts the HYPE in Hype Haus allll day. He hypes everyone up before, during, and after class and is such a ray of sunshine. His personality is infectious and we are so lucky to have him in our community. We can’t wait to see him keep kicking ass and getting even stronger. We love you, Ryan! 🫶

Meghan is such a special part of the HHBR community. She shows up for herself and hypes everyone up always. She is so hardworking and determined, and she has grown so much since she stepped through our doors. We could not be more proud and lucky to have her. We love you, Meghan! 💕

Show Ryan and Meghan tons of love in the comments! ✨
