POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This was a special evening. I’ve always emphasized that what me and the team bring into clients homes, matters. And looking through these clips, a few things caught my eye. But what stood out to me most, is the demeanor, calmness, and joy filled attitudes we bring to each event. I think that goes a very long way. As it also impacts how guests feel. Which at the end of the day matters the most.

We customized a menu with large emphasis on seasonality. And the clients trusted us every step of the way. Thank you for that 🤘🏼

We haven’t posted in a month! But don’t worry, we have been plenty busy 🤘🏼
•
This is a signature dessert of ours and it’ll stick around in some way, shape, or form, most likely forever. We actually char off cherry wood and infuse it into the actual ice cream base! Just to capture the familiar vibe that much more of a s’more.

July 2026. One heck of a month for us with some of our biggest bookings to date. Makes me so honored with the referrals and bookings from new and consistent clients. Looking forward to a busy rest of summer.
•
We have slim summer openings from now until October. Keep your eyes peeled for a collab in the near future as well as a few more unique dining experiences. Shoot us a dm to get ahead of it! FYI, this first collab hasn’t even been announced publicly yet and we have half the seats claimed 😆

Can’t get over this one. Warm, refreshing, lots of texture and fun colors. All paired with familiar flavor profiles. Corn, crab, and ole bay.

We will be running our summer menu until the beginning of September. Give our menu a glance on our website, and let’s get you booked before seasons change. This is my favorite summer menu to date!

Grilled Stone Fruit|Cilantro Ginger Dressing|Sunflower Seed|Heirloom Tomato|Pickled Fennel|Smoked Goat Cheese|
•
Grilling the fruit provides some earthy, warm sweetness. The goat cheese is smoked then frozen. This ables us to shaved the goat cheese and give us an ice cold element to dish 🤘🏼

NY Strip|Pave|Asparagus|Black Garlic|Oxtail|Truffle|
•
This is an entree that has evolved over the last year or so. Possibly the most labor intensive dish we have been consistently putting out. Just the potato pave takes 24 hours to do right. The oxtail braises for hours in broth, truffle, and aromatics, then chills over night, then finally gets reduced on site. I believe you can taste efforts that gets put into a dish, and this dish tastes amazing! Think of it as our way of doing steak, potato, asparagus. And that black garlic glaze we brush the steaks with…might be my favorite steak condiment ever.

•
This dish is a fun one! Very bright, colorful, and is our way of bringing in familiar flavor profiles done up with a little more finesse.
•
At this dinner, nearly every dish component was touched by live fire. Giving me and the team a chance to execute our cuisine in a more fun an elaborate way!
•
By popular demand we have been able to extend our summer availability by a slim margin. Shoot us an email through the website(link in bio), and let’s get your event booking started!
