Aspiring bodybuilder @danielkelly_09 has absolutely smashed his diet phase, setting us up perfectly for phase 2… the growth phase 🤩

Very rare you see young lads as switched on as Danny. He listens, gets his head down, does the work, and most importantly asks questions and actually wants to learn.

Before he even came on board, I noticed him in the gym and thought “who the f*ck is that training like that?” 😂 The form and intensity were already there, which is rare to see these days. Let’s see how he handles Friday’s leg session with me 😏

Not one complaint throughout. Head down, followed the plan. Yeah, there were tough days, but I’ve been through it myself so I know exactly how he feels and can give the right advice when it’s needed.

I always tell Danny I wish I had someone like me watching over me at 16. Would’ve saved a lot of bullshit, a lot of mistakes, and got results a lot quicker.

We’ve got big plans… keep an eye on this lad 👀

If you want results like this ⬆️ drop me a message 💪🏻
