Introducing the badass supermodels of The Knitter’s Sweater Fitting Bible! (Purchase at link in my IG bio)#
All the book models are makers just like you, and not professional models. This means that all the photos of people in the book, showing sweaters, and what fit techniques look like are shown on:
🧶bodies of various shapes and sizes
🧜🏼‍♀️bodies of different abilities
🌈 a range of genders (because fitting doesn’t need to be gendered and my techniques work for all)
🧶 makers who made their own sweaters, or gave me the opportunity to learn new techniques for the book

I’ll be hosting Sweater Club on Tuesday (Jan 30). I can’t answer all the questions Kim can, but I can answer quite a few and we usually have a wide set of collective skills amongst the group. Plus we can knit & visit for a couple hours.

These pieces are apart of a oracle deck project I illustrated for @joannevannicola and it highlights important ancestors that we may, or may not, have known about.

Still basking in the afterglow of a wonderful time with knitting friends, just shooting the sh^t and enjoying each other's company. I managed to take exactly one picture, of this tiny frog that came by and hopped around under the table. You can just barely see him in the top middle ⅓ of the photo.

Thank you to @indigodragonfly and @indigodragonflystudio for putting on a wonderful event and for fostering this community through the most difficult times. The quality of people here is a testament to the quality of people you are.

Mini-minion met up with lots of other monsters at Knitters Frolic a year ago. This year we all stayed home and supported the #FauxFrolic vendors. Missing our friends though.
