Going into the third trimester hits differently.

Time as I know it is running out. The current version of myself is about to change once again, and the places where I’ve felt the happiest during this pregnancy are becoming the memories I hold on to as my body continues to make room for a new life.

The night owl needs to rest earlier. The endless energy shifts into power-saving mode. The steady positivity makes room for a much wider, more intense spectrum of emotions.

All natural. All beautiful in its own way. Yet still leaving space for a little grief.

Because as parenthood stretches us beyond what we could ever comprehend, I can feel my days of freedom, warmth and spontaneity slowly counting down.

The season of cocooning is approaching, just as the sun begins to leave this side of the world.

And perhaps our happiest places exist to remind us of who we are when we are fully present.

Because welcoming a new soul into this world is such a beautiful paradox. You become more present than ever with one tiny human, while somehow becoming less present with the rest of the world.

And maybe that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be for a while.

As the seasons change, so do we.

And just as spring eventually returns, and the light finds its way back, I know I will reemerge too.

A little different. A little wiser. With new perspectives on life, on myself, and on my purpose.

Not returning to who I was, but discovering who I am becoming.

Love,
T 💛

Connection is always the foundation 💞

Even though dance is constantly evolving with new moves and steps, we think the most beautiful part of couple dancing will always be the connection ✨

🤯Why are some followers SO easy to lead?🧠

It’s not magic or only talent. It’s neuroscience!

A light follower isn’t simply “talented” — they’ve trained their brain to listen, feel, inhibit, respond and trust instead of anticipating.

Tiny signals.
Fast processing.
More inhibition.
More body awareness.
More connection.
Less resistance.

So when someone says:
“You’re so light and easy to dance with…”

Take it as a compliment! Because behind that effortless movement is a well-trained brain. 🧠💃
