Don’t feel like you’re living life alone. ❤️

Start putting yourself out there. Make new friends, build connections, spend time with the people who matter, and let others into your life.

Life is so much more beautiful when you have people to laugh with, make memories with, share adventures with, and lean on along the way. 🫶

You have family, friends, and people out there who would love to be part of your journey. Don’t isolate yourself or feel like you have to do everything alone.

Life is meant to be lived—and it’s even more beautiful when we live it together. 🌎❤️

🦇🪨 3 Brave Hiker Babes Went Underground Today!

Huge shout out to our guide Asa with @highmountainexpeditions for guiding us and keeping us safe throughout this tour! And thanks to Jessica & Renee for joining in on the fun! 🤩

Today, we traded the sunshine and mountain trails for something a little darker… literally! 😂🔦 We went underground to explore Worley’s Cave in Bluff City, Tennessee— and what an adventure it was!

If you’ve never heard of Worley’s Cave, this isn’t your typical walk-through cave with paved pathways and pretty lights. This is a REAL wild cave system — complete with mud, water, narrow passages, huge chambers, climbing, crawling and plenty of opportunities to question your life choices! 😂

Worley’s Cave, also known as Morrill/Morrell Cave, is an extensive limestone cave system with roughly 5.5 miles of mapped passages, including numerous side passages and underground adventures. The cave stays around 55°F year-round, and because it’s an active cave, water continues to shape the passages beneath the surface.

Three Hiker Babes.
One wild cave.
Bats 🦇 & Crawfish 🦞
Miles of underground passages.
Cold water. Mud. Rocks. Crawling. Climbing. Laughing. Probably a few screams. 😂
And memories we won’t soon forget!

Today was definitely proof that adventure doesn’t always mean following a trail — sometimes you have to turn on your headlamp and disappear beneath it. 🔦🖤

Would YOU be brave enough to go spelunking with us?! 👀🦇

Find your girl tribe. 💕🥾

Hiking is better with women who get it. The early mornings, the steep climbs, the muddy shoes, the sore legs, the breathtaking views—and all the laughs along the way. 🏔️✨

Hiker Babes East TN is a FREE local hiking & adventure group for women who want to get outside, meet new people, explore new places, and build friendships along the way.

You don’t have to be an expert hiker. You don’t have to be the fastest. You just have to show up, be willing to explore, and bring your adventurous spirit. 💗

Come find your people. Come make memories. Come hike with us.

Your next adventure—and maybe your new best friend—could be waiting on the trail. 🌿🥾💕

Four women. One adventure. A whole lot of memories. 🥾⛰️❤️

There’s just something about standing on a mountaintop with good people, incredible views, and absolutely no regrets about taking the hard way up. 😍

The laughs, the climbs, the views, and the “how much farther?” moments are what make these adventures unforgettable.

Here’s to strong women, wild places, and always finding another mountain to climb. 🏔️✨
