CLOSED in White Bear Lake! 🏡🤍

This one is all about what comes next.

Our stellar team members, Danielle Savage and Emily Cox, teamed up to help their buyers secure an incredible opportunity right in the heart of White Bear Lake, a prime lot where they’ll be able to start fresh and build a home that’s completely their own, likely alongside Cox Contracting!

And the location is hard to beat. Walk downtown for dinner, coffee or shopping, head to the lake, and enjoy everything that makes White Bear Lake such a special place to call home.

A great lot, an amazing location, and a completely blank canvas for what’s ahead. We can’t wait to watch this one come to life! 🥂

Congratulations to our buyers on closing and starting such an exciting next chapter.

Looking for your own opportunity in White Bear Lake or the surrounding areas? Whether it’s move-in ready, land, or a property with a bigger vision attached, the Crush team is here to help you find it.

This one was meant to be. 🤍

When my buyers saw this White Bear Lake double bungalow come on the market, it was personal.

The home was actually built by the buyer’s grandfather, Harold LeMire, and having the opportunity to bring a piece of his family’s history back into the family meant everything.

We were up against five other offers, so we knew we needed to make ours stand out. A heartfelt letter sharing their connection to the home, our ties to the community, and strong communication with the seller’s agent all helped bring it together.

And now, it’s officially theirs. 🏡🔑

These are the closings that remind me why I love what I do. Helping someone buy a home is special, but helping a family reconnect with a place that already holds part of their story? That’s one I won’t forget.

Congratulations to my buyers on bringing this special White Bear Lake home back into the family. 🤍

SOLD on White Bear Lake. 🤍🌊

This closing was an extra special one for @emilyschisselcoxrealestate. Emily had the opportunity to help a lifelong family friend purchase this beautiful waterfront home in Birchwood Village, complete with incredible views of White Bear Lake and a private dock.

Over the years, Emily has also had the privilege of helping this family through several chapters of their real estate journeys, from selling the buyer’s father’s home and her mother’s rental property to helping her sister sell a duplex.

Being trusted again, this time to help find such a special place to call home on the water, means so much.

Congratulations to Emily’s buyers! Here’s to mornings overlooking the lake, days spent on the water, and making plenty of new memories at home. 🏡✨

There are some closings that mean a little more. 💗

After 53 years in the same Roseville home, the place where they raised their children and built a lifetime of memories, Laura had the privilege of helping these sellers close one chapter and begin the next.

A home this loved deserves a thoughtful sendoff, and a special thank you to our favorite stager, Kim, for helping bring it to life so beautifully for its next owners.

Congratulations to Laura’s sellers on a successful closing and 53 wonderful years of calling this house home. Here’s to everything ahead. 🏡✨

A very special Stillwater closing. 💕🏡

Congratulations to Jennifer Tillges-Dahly and co-listing agent Danielle Savage and their sellers on the sale of this incredible historic home at 215 Pine Street W — closing $65,000 over list price for $1,040,000

From the beautiful landscaping and backyard made for summer evenings to the historic architecture and unbeatable location just steps from downtown Stillwater, this was the kind of property that deserved to be celebrated.

Known as the Joseph and Anna Eichten House and even featured on a historic Stillwater walking tour, this home now begins its next chapter with new owners who get to enjoy everything that makes it, and Stillwater, so special.

Way to go on an amazing historical sale! 💗🔑

There’s nothing better than helping a couple find the home that just feels right. 🩷🏡

Congratulations to Emily Cox’s wonderful buyers on closing on their beautiful new home in Hudson, Wisconsin!

Set on a private, wooded corner lot, this home checked so many boxes — beautifully remodeled interiors, a spacious kitchen made for gathering, hardwood floors, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of room to settle in and make it their own.

And outside?

Mature trees, wildlife, and that peaceful Hudson setting while still offering a convenient commute to the Twin Cities. 🌲

We’re so excited for this couple and everything ahead as they turn this house into home. Congratulations and welcome to Hudson! 🩷
