Just a couple of our favorite photos from last weeks ICE CREAM LONG RUN with @strolloslighthouse

The turnout for this little event was greater than we could’ve imagined It wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you showing up and simply getting after it.

We had 20 people show up on a Thursday night to run 13 miles while eating ice cream, and I think that’s pretty special.

Shirts optional - passion required. We will see you again soon lighthouse.

Until then,
get afterit.

FIRST OFFICIAL ICE CREAM LONG RUN 🍦🍧@strolloslighthouse @afteritendurance

THIS THURSDAY the crew will be running from Lighthouse Italian Ice in Belford ➡️ Red bank ➡️ Long Branch stopping to eat cream/Italian ice to refuel at each location. I estimate about 13 miles of running, all paces are welcome.

We will have a mobile aid station following us along the way (thank you @with.katelyn ) - so bring cash for cream - bring your hydration to stuff in the cooler, and be prepared to get after it.

COME STACK SOME MILES

THIS THURSDAY @ 5PM Starting in BELFORD.

PS Patty Pedals is not responsible for getting you back to vehicles in Belford so please plan accordingly

Training is a lot better when you’ve got a team to hustle with.

Surround yourself with people who want it as bad as you.

Get after it.
