Six months. Countless decisions. So much heart.

This Loomis home has truly been a labor of love. Since January, I’ve been project managing contractors, designing every room, selecting new fixtures, furnishings, layering in décor, organizing everything down to the pantry, and bringing our clients’ vision to life one detail at a time.

Today was furniture install day, and seeing it all come together reminds me why I love what I do.

We can’t wait to welcome this sweet couple home next week. 🤍 There is nothing better than handing over the keys to a home that’s completely finished and ready to be lived in.

This is so much more than decorating—it’s creating a home.

At the start of summer, we told Wyatt he would work with us one day a week. Watching him reminds me a lot of my own childhood. I worked in my dad’s restaurant when I was 9 years old, and some of the most valuable lessons I learned came from those early experiences. Growing up, I watched my parents build and run a business, and that shaped my work ethic in ways I didn’t fully appreciate until I was older. love an impromptu video day. This is what happens when you call Valentina last minute and decide to document the chaos. No makeup, day three hair, and we just went for it.

And honestly… it turned into a juicy one because we couldn’t get our truck up the hill. 😂 These are the parts of the staging business people don’t always see. The tough days. The problem-solving. The pivoting in real time.

But our team is incredible, they made it happen, and the homeowners + Realtor were beyond happy with the final result.

Two years ago, we had the opportunity to design the EXP Brent Grove office from the ground up—back when it was just a raw concrete shell with no walls in place. We curated everything from furniture and fixtures to wallpaper and paint, bringing the entire vision to life. It was such a fun and rewarding experience.

SUPER proud of this girl and how far she’s come in a short period of time with @simplychicstaging 👏🏼👏🏼.
I recall the day she called telling me she’d taken the leap of faith and bet on herself, there was no doubt in my mind she would succeed 🌟.
This morning she put on a panel discussion on the “Power of Staging” with some powerhouse agents sharing their knowledge and insights on how staging plays a roll in the process of moving inventory fast and many times over asking on listed price.
