Working too hard with nothing to show for it

That’s where @euanbaker_ was before he joined.

Training hard. Nutrition all over the place. No idea where to go with it.

In his words, it felt like he was training for nothing.

Fast forward and that’s completely flipped.

Nutrition dialled in. A routine. A structure. Someone checking in to keep him on track.

But what surprised him most wasn’t the plan. It was how much we actually check in.

Holding him to the goals he told us he wanted. Every single week. No hiding.

That’s the bit most people miss. Effort was never his problem. Direction and accountability were.

And the physique is only half of it.

With a lot going on in his life, this was about proving something to himself.

That he can set a goal and see it through. No backing down. No bottling it.

That’s the confidence that carries into everything else.

His advice if you’re on the fence: go for it. He wasn’t sure either.

Drop us a message if this is you and let’s have a chat about how we’re going to finally get you the results you’ve been looking for 🤝🏼

Elite transformation @jacob.p1802 🤝

Jacob messaged me 12 weeks ago to get himself back into rhythm and routine, to bring a new level of condition. 12 weeks later and we’re in the shape of his life, absolutely shredded.

I asked him for athlete mode, to act like one, raise standards, he never missed a beat. Every check in on time, all data given, all nutrition nailed, form clips with every check in, with a willingness to learn and improve in the gym.

Now we’re not just acting like an athlete, he looks like one too, a journey that was only supposed to be 12 weeks, now has a roadmap for the next 8-9 months, to grow both inside and out and bring a whole new level of condition next year.

Let’s av it bro 👊

12 weeks with @ryansheldon_ 🤝

Ryan joined the team 12 weeks ago with a simple mission, cut the fat, and get into shape for his trip to Malta, job done.

Of course there are many things that come with getting in shape, mindset, discipline, resilience. However sometimes it’s ok to say that the biggest win was getting into unbelievable shape, in a short period of time, which he has.

We now have a long gaining phase ahead, where we will grow both physically and mentally, can’t wait for it bro, great work 💪

24 Weeks with @lewispratt 🔥

Came with one goal, get in shape for his wedding and his honeymoon, and fair to say we’ve achieved that.

Going from skinny fat in the picture of the left, to building a substantial bit of muscle and losing nearly 10kg to the pictures on the right (even though he looks heavier)

A massive bonus has been the mindset shift, with even his wife (who also achieved amazing results) saying she can’t believe how dedicated he is and having seen a switch in mentality

Multiple golf and work trips worked in to make sure all boxes were ticked and progress still made.

Now off to enjoy his honeymoon before coming back for a big gaining phase, proud of you bro 🙏

Phase one complete with @jamietalbot__ 👏

Jamie joined initially on our 8 week Summer Accelerator with a mission to get shredded for Summer, 19 weeks later, he’s still on board, and achieved the goal and then some

I’m not going to sit here, lie and say it was plain sailing, it wasn’t, we had some off weeks, situations to manage, but have bounced back every time, it’s a completely new style of training and discipline than he’s been used too, and we got there.

You never fail because you slip, you fail if you quit, and he never did, proud of you bro, let’s get some calories into you and begin phase 2💪

Recent trip away to Ibiza was one to remember 😆.

Usually the place associated with madness , misbehaving & lack of good dopamine happening , yes that still happened but ,

I got to train , learn & experience something slightly different too usually from my coach @danielnorman97 (cheers for giving the body dysmorphia🤣 ). Someone who’s helped me push physically & professionally these past few months.

People might think it’s strange being a nutritionist / online coach & getting assistance from someone else . But there’s always someone who’s a step ahead , someone to help keep u accountable, & also surround yourself with like minded people.

Looking forward to growing these next few months both personally & professionally and happy to have the support there on the journey.

Ft the almighty @nirvanafitnessibiza what a gaff that is .
