Due to a bit of a coincidence with dates, I found myself in the extremely fortunate position to attend the SS24 Puma Future Launch Event and watch the team present the new addition to the Puma portfolio.

These guys came together to build what I believe to be the best football boot Puma has ever released.

From concept to tech pack to market… this was a masterclass from all sides. I learned a lot by watching this project evolve and was immensely proud to see them get the opportunity to celebrate their achievement in such style too.

Concept Nike shoe by Nike designer @danielsurely the project is called BRAP and is inspired by dirt bike tires, the goal was to make a trail shoe with the traction of a dirt bike. To do this Daniel designed a light weight shoe with traction that wrapped up into the upper. For the prototype, the traction was created using a liquid rubber. I love this concept as it is very innovative and is reminiscent of the Nike ACG line, possible a new addition. No word on if this will come to fruition, let’s hope so @nike @nike.acg #nike #nikeacg #footwearfiles

I’d like to extend a very heart felt thank you to everyone who supported me in this effort. The events of the last two weeks have shown us there is a massive gap between what our country represents and what we practice. We have also seen how powerful it can be when we unite our voices and fight for the oppressed rather than standing idly on the sidelines.
Let’s make sure the actions we’ve taken this week are just the beginning. Let’s keep fighting the hard fights. Let’s keep putting people first. Let’s keep making America live up to the promise of its founding.
I’ll be reaching out to all pledgers over then next few days to make sure all pledges are fulfilled. If you pledged/donated and were not tagged in one of these posts, please DM me.
Finally, Rest In Peace George Floyd. Your death has galvanized a movement that spread through all 50 states and to countries around the world. Now the hard work begins. #blacklivesmatter #526MilesForGeorgeFloyd
