You don’t rebuild your life in one day. You rebuild it one promise at a time. Keep the promises that seem too small to matter they’re usually the ones that change everything.

Consistency beats intensity every time.

The daily grind….

The drilling when nobody’s watching.
The rounds that humble you on a random Tuesday night. That’s where the real growth happens. The tournament is just the test. The gym is the classroom.

Thanks to all my training partners that constantly help me improve. Thank you to the coaches that help me evolve. It honestly takes a village for success.

DOUBLE GOLD 🥇🥇 at the @ibjjf Charlotte Open!

An incredible day on the mats as I was able to bring home double gold and finish all 4 of my matches by submission. Every match is an opportunity to test the work that gets put in behind the scenes, and today was a reflection of the countless hours spent training, studying, and preparing.

A huge thank you to my @superflyjiujitsu @attatl @tribusbrazilianjiujitsu teammates and coaches @jakejoyo @therealmikeg02 @rodrigoartilheiro1 @trentoncooke_ @danielwilkinsbjj @jucao21 @geevien @brazilianjjgirl and @georgesamuelson who continue to push me day in and day out, both on and off the mats. Your support, guidance, and willingness to challenge me every day make all the difference. Iron sharpens iron, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team.

Thank you to my sponsors @getyourteachon @heywadeking @athletelab_ @thetaylordocs @wellhausclub @ptcrosstraining @atlmensclinic @dr.k_chiropractor for believing in me and continuing to support this journey. Without your support, opportunities like this would not be possible, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you do.

I also want to give a huge congratulations to @kasha_nunnallyxo on an outstanding performance! 🥋👏 Winning the Adult Blue Belt division and earning 3rd place in the Absolute Open Class is a tremendous accomplishment. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to improving every day continue to pay off, and I couldn’t be prouder of you.

Also thank you to @zoescreatives for coming and taking amazing pictures like always of both Kasha and I. Back to work. The journey continues. 💪
