Wanting is not enough. Radical action is needed. The people that make the fasted changes ultimately win.

The longer you negotiate with yourself and give yourself excuse after excuse to not change creates a lack of trust within yourself

Been on the hampster wheel too long and don't know how to change it? We've created a 90 day program to help you do just that.
Comment "90" below and ill send you through a PDF of the first steps you need to take - completely free

🔥WELCOME TO THE AXIS TEAM 🔥

We’re beyond excited to introduce Dani, the newest coach joining AXIS!

Dani’s been training consistently and competitively since 2018. Since her very first bodybuilding show that year, she’s gone on to compete 10 times. What started as a bucket list goal turned into a genuine love for the process, the discipline, and the growth that comes with pushing your limits.

Now she’s here to help women do exactly that: step into the gym, build real strength, and unlock their potential inside and out.

Dani will be taking on clients from the first week of August. If you’ve been waiting for the right coach to help you get after your goals, this is your sign. 💪

Welcome to the team, Dani. Let’s go. 🔥

COACH @liftwithlachie appreciation post- HIS WORK WALKED BEFORE HIM

Life works in mysterious ways.

Looking back, I often wonder how I found Lachie. Was it luck? Timing? Fate? Whatever it was, one thing is certain:

His work walked before him.

The first time I saw one of his athletes was at my first ICN Nationals. Now, it’s not very often that someone genuinely leaves me speechless. I appreciate every athlete and the work they put in, but every now and then you see a package that is simply different. An exceptional physique.

BUT.. It wasn’t just the physique.

It was the presentation, confidence,energy.
The complete package.

And as a coach myself, I don’t just see the athlete.
I see the work behind the athlete.

I remember thinking:

“Who is behind this?”

Because athletes don’t get there alone.

At that point, I wasn’t ready for coaching myself. In fact, after my last prep, I completely lost my way. Physically, mentally, emotionally—life felt heavy and the road ahead wasn’t clear.

But what Lachie did was show me a path before I could even imagine it for myself.

Sometimes all it takes is one person to see something in you before you’re capable of seeing it yourself.

That’s what great coaches do.

People often think coaching is about macros, training programs, cardio targets and check-ins.

Those things matter.

But great coaching goes far beyond that.

It’s about helping someone believe in a version of themselves they haven’t met yet.

It’s about knowing when to push, when to pull back, when to educate, when to challenge, and when to simply remind someone what they’re capable of.

A coach doesn’t do the work for you.

The athlete still has to show up.

The athlete still has to execute.

But a great coach gives you the tools, the guidance, the vision, and the support needed to get there.

And what I’ve always appreciated about Lachie is that our relationship has always felt like a partnership.

A team.

A shared pursuit of excellence.

We both care deeply about doing things properly. If we’re going to do something, we want to do it exceptionally well.

His passion for his athletes is something I’ve rarely seen.

The biggest leap between Australian Champs and Bali Pro AM wasn’t made only in this 2 weeks between.

It was made in the months before.

In the early mornings.
In the late nights.
In every moment I didn’t feel like doing the work
but did it anyway.
In every posing session I wanted to cry through.
In every training session where I pushed harder.
In every moment I had to pick myself back up again after mental collapse “am i good enough?”
and keep going.

Because when you’re chasing something you’ve never achieved before, there is no guarantee.

You don’t know if it’s going to work.
You don’t know if you’re good enough yet.
You don’t know how it’s going to end.

You just have to believe enough in yourself,
to be so delusional that you
adopt the identity
before it’s “real”

I became HER.
I became better.
More disciplined.
More resilient.
More locked in

than I have ever been before.

Because i did the preparation.
I knew i am capable of more.
I knew i’ve come so far.

But how far could i possibly go?

How much could I improve?

I had never been as good
as I was in that moment,

but i knew i could be better.

So i did commit to become
better than I was.

And i was fortunate enough
to get rewarded for it 🫶

That’s why this Pro status means so much to me.

It wasn’t earned in one day.
Or two weeks in between.

It was earned in every single day I refused to give up on myself
leading up to this very moment
and keep bettering myself,
coming back stronger

every single time.

I haven't promoted our Revitalization Menu for quite some time, but I have streamlined & reopened the menu for those wanting a more relaxing treatment.

Menu includes:
• Foot Rejuvenation Treatment
• Hair & Scalp Rejuvenation Treatment
• Back Detox Treatment
• Body Scrub & Moisturise Treatment
• Body Cocoon Treatment

With a pampering touch & relaxation mindset this menu offers the a window to the other side of my talents.

HAPPY SHOW DAY to all of our APS athletes competing 🔥

We have athletes representing APS across @fmgshows_bali , ICN @icn_nsw Nationals, @nbaaustralia_official Adelaide and @ifbb_australia_official .

Months of discipline, consistency, sacrifice and hard work have led to this moment. The early mornings, tough sessions, setbacks, pressure and persistence — all for the opportunity to step on stage and showcase the result of your commitment.

Competing takes a different level of courage.
To stand in front of a crowd and be judged physically and mentally requires confidence, resilience and belief in yourself.

No matter what happens today, be proud of what you’ve built throughout this prep. The physique is one thing, but the person you become during the process is what truly matters.

Walk on stage with presence.
Enjoy the moment.
Back yourself fully.

Your APS family is behind you every step of the way 👏
