2025 was an unexpectedly crazy year. The highs were very high and lows were very low. It started with a hit on the head that pretty much left me disabled for the first 6 months and left me with chronic pain to this day. I was the most scared I’ve ever been, but that also gave a lot to think about my life and what things I was prioritizing. I’m happy I chose myself and my health. As I recovered, I also spend the most quality time with family in 10 years I’ve been living abroad, I received lots of love, I loved myself and did some traveling with people I love. Here’s to a peaceful, healthy, full of self-love 2026!

2025 foi um ano inesperadamente caótico.
Os altos foram muito altos e os baixos, muito baixos. Tudo começou com uma pancada na cabeça que praticamente me deixou incapacitada pelos primeiros 6 meses e que me deixou com dores crônicas até hoje. Foi o momento em que mais senti medo na vida, mas isso também me fez pensar na minha vida e as coisas que estava priorizando. Fico feliz por ter me escolhido. Enquanto que me recuperava, também passei o maior tempo de qualidade com a minha família dos últimos 10 anos, recebi muito amor, reaprendi a me amar mais e viajei com pessoas que amo. Que 2026 seja um ano de paz, saúde e muito amor-próprio! ✨
