Happy Birthday to one of our very own 6AM OG’s @sarahgrubman She’s always bringing great energy whether it’s in the miles she runs, weight she lifts or the high fives she’s giving to her teammates. Happy Birthday Sarah!!

Because fitness isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about living better, longer and stronger. Huge thank you to @concept2inc for powering the Tests of Strength and Longevity and crowning the Strongest of New York. Our winners took home a brand new StrengthErg from @concept2. Next year we’re raising the stakes and there’s going to be more on the line. Athletes took on a 10-station gauntlet built to measure what actually matters: strength, capacity and durability. Push-ups. Pull-ups. Deadlifts. BikeErg. SkiErg. Rower. StrengthErg. One minute doesn’t sound like long. Then you’re ten seconds out on the rower, pushing to the brink to find out what you’ve really got. You vs you. Strength is not just physical. How hard can you push when you want to give up? More to come for 2027. Start now, you’ve got twelve months.

the first of many @strongnewyork dumps, this one dedicated to all of the people who showed up for us 🫶🏻 endlessly grateful to these people for believing in us, our mission and our dream, and helping us bring it to life. they don’t have to show up for 48 hrs straight, they choose to and i think that’s a true testament to what we’re building. I don’t think we can say thank you enough times 🙏🏻 sorry I can’t tag everyone and didn’t have pictures with everyone but ykwya 🫶🏻

It all started with a pull-up competition in Madison Square Park. In August 2025, I met @kennysantucci and @kristiemuller while they were promoting STRONG New York. Almost seven pull-ups later, they told me I should come check out STRONG. So I did. A month later, I walked into my first STRONG New York event barely knowing anyone. One year later, I’m back for my second event & I couldn’t turn a corner without running into someone who, somewhere along the way, has become part of my life. Friends. Mentors. Coaches. Training partners. Business owners. People who started as familiar faces and became part of my everyday life. People I support, learn from, laugh with, train alongside, and genuinely look forward to seeing. This past year has shown me just how much connection gives me purpose. Being part of something bigger than myself. Showing up for people. Supporting what they’re building. Learning from each other. Finding ways to contribute and strengthen the community around me. It’s pretty incredible to look back and realize how much growth, opportunity, friendship, and connection can come from simply showing up to one event. Year two for me. Year TEN for STRONG. 🗽💪 Kenny, Kristie, and the entire STRONG New York team …thank you for the years of work, energy, investment, and heart you’ve put into bringing this community together and continuing to build it year after year. And thank you to every coach, athlete, business, brand, speaker, volunteer, and person behind the scenes who helped bring this year to life. What you’ve built extends far beyond one day, and I’m incredibly grateful to be a small part of it. Here’s to another 10. 🥂🗽 P.S. Next stop: Javits Center? 👀
