I got some new heat for y’all!! Warm up before any workout with of these banded sprints. Sprint for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Do 5 sets for a real challenge. Then to get the most out of your workout, end your workout with another set of 5, 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. Do this set before and after your workouts 3 times for core and leg toning! #BeMpowered

My God, My god!! All I can say on this #motivationmonday is to not give up and trust the gifts God gives you the path he puts you on. I went to my first @jamaicafittrip alone as a participant. I absolutely loved the experience because it was fun, but empowering at the same time. I met so many like minded people that I didn’t feel alone. I couldn’t wait to go back. Fast forward and I have grown as a trainer and I shared my passion for fitness with Lisa Jones the visionary of @jamaicafittrip and CEO of @worldwidegrouptravel and she was gracious enough to allow me to share my gift of fitness training with the participants for the last 3 years and this year was the first year I shared the class I created... SWITCH H.I.I.T., which is a vision God gave to me and I LISTENED and trusted him. I’ve developed this class over a year with the help of some many including my dear friend first, client second @i_am_dionndra who I met last year at @jamaicafittrip . I did not met Lisa or Dionndra by incident. @jamaicafittrip is an experience that have empowers people, changes lives and creates a worldwide community of people who value personal development and fun. @jamaicafittrip 2020 will be amazing. I am honored to serve again as trainer and host. I can’t wait to share what life has brought us since our last trip #motivation #motivationmonday #fitness #fitnesstrainer #trust #god #purpose
