and WHY in the captions. 👊

i LOVE making other people look good. if i wreck or react well, i just made my partners hit look 12 times better.

stunts is a team sport. and i wouldn’t have it any other way.

i am an adrenaline junkie to try new things. there’s nothing like the feeling of landing something new for the first time.

(or like the feeling of rappelling upside down. why is it preferable than right side up to me???)

FALLLLLLSSSS. learning falls has already saved me from breaking my wrist at least two times.

i love that the ground is the best professor. nothing like landing wrong to teach you.

knowing i can throw my body on concrete and be okay makes me feel like a baddie.

failing. it might sound weird that i’m glad to fail. but honestly, how else would you learn to do anything else.

stunts not only keeps me humble, but makes me appreciate when i start to get better at a still.

life is a game. ain’t no way to level up without messing up

being brave. this clip is the first time i have ever used a sugar bottle. we only were allowed one per performer. meaning i would get the take or i wouldn’t.

not only that, but if you hit them slow, they can just crack and bonk your partners head.

there’s nothing like stunts but COMMITTING. no 50%. sometimes the situation requires you to just freaking go for it.

my sister was concerned growing up because I was genuinely confused you were not supposed to actually cry if your Barbie was crying in our storyline.

Weeks 3-4 of the International Stunt School! Main focus was wire work and aerial skills which were so fun! Thanks to instructors @rztinkertank and @juliaelizabethstunts for demonstrating so many of these cool gags. #stunts #flips

The Snow has been falling all day! ❄️👀

International Stunt School 2026
I spent the past 4 weeks in Seattle to train and it has been the most challenging time of my life- but also the absolute best time of my life. I am so grateful for all of the talented people I met. Everyone was so kind and supportive of one another and I learned so much! This is just the beginning of my stunt & performing career 🤭🫣

Don’t worry- I have a lot more content to share from this incredible experience! This is just the beginning.

Tag yourself in the comments, stunt fam!!
