Unfortunately, I’ll be leaving earlier than expected.

My dad is at an age where his health has become more delicate, and although he’s been dealing with health issues for some time, his condition recently got worse. Deep in my heart, I felt I needed to be with him and that’s where I’ll be for a while.

I don’t know when I’ll be back, but I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding, especially those whose appointments had to be canceled.

To my clients, friends, and family: thank you for always making me feel so welcomed, supported, and loved. 🫂

I’m incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people, and I never take that for granted.

And if you hadn’t noticed by now… I’m an emotional bish 🙋🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Anyway, thanks for putting up with my emotional TED Talks. Love you all. See you soon, Iceland. 🇮🇸💞

3,000 DAYS sober 🤯👌🙏

Now I spend my time getting tattoos, doing CrossFit, HYROX, and signing up for runs I’ll regret halfway through.

Basically, I pay money to voluntarily suffer 😅

Turns out I still make questionable decisions—they’re just healthier now.

Progress is weird.

8 YEARS SOBER 🤩 (24.04.2018)

It doesn’t define me,
but it changed everything.

I just wish everyone could live a life
where they don’t feel the need to run from anything
or numb themselves to get through it.

If you’re struggling or sober curious,
my DMs are always open 🙏

In Prague on a little business/pleasure trip —
