The most wonderful thing about being in Australia was how important it was for my heart to feel my DNA 🧬- my family filled me with lessons and blessings.

A part of healing generational trauma and pattern breaking so we can create #epigentics is to be in a sweaty palmed conversation and react differently to it. It’s something I’m still working on mastering.

I honestly know that to slow ageing, radical forgiveness and acceptance is required.

My grandfather is 98. He worked his entire life since age 16 and owned a tyre shop where he spent decades in the sun manually fitting new wheels on cars. He served in the Israeli war of independence when they offered people in Morocco to become new immigrants. He raised 4 children and around 20 great grandchildren! His late wife, my Safta Margot was my bestie. He had lots of advice for us again this trip. We love to listen and let him express.
