3 Things I've learned about GRATITUDE 👇🏻👇🏻 ⭐️ When I'm in gratitude, it opens up MORE DOORS. You might think, "if I say I'm grateful for where I am right now, doesn't that tell the universe that I don't want more?" The answer is a big NO. When you get into gratitude, you are telling the universe "more of this feeling" -when you get excited about where you are going while staying in gratitude, you tap into ALL of the amazing things that are waiting for you. ⭐️ It's hard to be in gratitude and comparison at the same time. And you know what slows you down more than anything? Looking around at what everyone else is doing. ⭐️ Gratitude makes me feel good. And really isn't that the whole point? Stop for a second right now. Get into gratitude. Grateful for how far you've come, how much you've overcome. Grateful for love in your life. Grateful for life. Mother’s Day is this Sunday. ❤️Being grateful for your wonderful mother. Grateful for all the love you have received from her. To strive to be an even better person than her…if that’s possible. 🤗 Making her proud. 😘 I'm excited for the amazing things that are coming your way this year. So many things are coming. Give me a 🙌 if you are grateful and excited. https://www.facebook.com/jodee.monckton/videos/377458517729533/?d=n

I have focused sooo much on my struggle to be motivated to exercise that I’ve realized I just need to move forward and overcome this… I wanted to spend more time around people who love feeling and looking great by exercising and the perfect opportunity has arisen!! It must be a sign. 😆💪 (This isn’t a photo of the exercise group but my Olly dog loves exercising with me.) 😆 What area of your life do you want to focus on more for your future?
