I wrote about the invisible relationship between our bodies and the materials we wear.
We have become so disconnected from ourselves that we rarely pay attention to what touches our skin every day. Clothing is vibration and energy. It shapes how we feel, breathe, move, and exist in the world.

It is no coincidence that so many people feel exhausted, overstimulated, and disconnected from themselves, from Earth, and from life itself.

This is a reflection on materials, sensitivity, and consciousness, and on how paying attention again might slowly bring us back to who we truly are.

Escribí sobre la relación invisible entre nuestros cuerpos y los materiales que usamos.
Nos hemos desconectado tanto de nosotros mismos que rara vez prestamos atención a lo que toca nuestra piel todos los días. La ropa es vibración y energía. Tiene que ver con cómo nos sentimos, respiramos, nos movemos y existimos en el mundo.

No es casualidad que tantas personas se sientan agotadas, sobreestimuladas y desconectadas de sí mismas, de la Tierra y de la vida misma.

Es una reflexión sobre los materiales, la sensibilidad y la consciencia, y sobre cómo volver a poner atención podría, poco a poco, ayudarnos a regresar a quienes realmente somos.

To be seen through this lens, on a national stage, is meaningful to our entire team.
