The last few days have been really special. Sitting in a cinema full of people watching Tommy: The Good. The Bad. The Fury. on the big screen was a really proud moment, not just as @tommyfury ‘s manager but as his friend too. Admittedly, I’m not very good at reflecting and taking a moment to appreciate the good times & wins, so it all felt like a blur but seeing all the hard work from the past year finally come together was just incredible.

Tommy - the way you have carried yourself through the last 18 months has been nothing short of admirable and you fully deserved every single second of those last few days. You’ve worked so incredibly hard and everyone around you is beyond proud. I’m very grateful to be with you on this journey every step of the way 🫡

And to top it all off - watching @missemmawalsh brilliantly host the Q&A after the screening, gave me a proper proud Dad moment.

Huge thank you to everyone at the BBC and Optomen for bringing this to life - you’re all a dream to work with and I know that this is just the beginning 🎬🚀

6 months ago we filmed a crazy series in Manchester, and just like that it’s wrapped up!

Some of the best memories made and friends that feel like family for life have what’s come out of this.

You can still stream on demand on C4 📺

Make sure you stay with it right through to the reunion ❤️❤️😘

Ps - Charlie is not a make up artist, (I wish we had this everyday) whilst being an expert at unshining me that’s where is stops 🤣🫶🏻

Love Triangle is out now on E4, catch up on last night's episode and strap in for a fun and fiery season 🤭 So proud of what we achieved, and the team I was surrounded by 🙌

Stream on E4 now 🔥

This was such a fun shoot to be a part of. We had an amazing team on board and I learnt so much from them all. Same again next season? 🥰

From the @findfixflog archives…a few you’ve seen a few you haven’t from the last 10 years of FIFIFI. How time flys!!

As you can see from the pics…it’s the height of glamour ✨

My 2024 in pics. This past year has been a whirlwind of incredible projects, unforgettable travels, and precious moments with friends and family—all making my 40th year one for the books. (Oh and I finished writing my book 🤩)

2024 the year I officially launched @hiddengemscic. So, from chasing dreams to celebrating milestones, I’m reminded of just how lucky I am to have such amazing people and experiences in my life. Cheers to the next chapter…bring on 2025

On last nights @findfixflog we worked on a few items but my fave was this colourful children’s play set…I wonder why? 🤔🎨😍

As pretty as it is, it wasn’t as easy to put together as you would think! Watch now on @uktv 📺
