Our Cantu Group l The Griffin Real Estate weekly team meeting, tonight, Tuesday, October 20th. Every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM we get together to train, learn, share our wins from the previous week, and have some laughs.

Are you considering getting your real estate license? Have you just passed the WA State exam and looking for the right office to start your real estate career with? Are you already licensed, practicing, and thinking of moving to a different office because you aren’t getting the training, coaching, and mentoring you need to sell the number of homes you should be selling?

Our office is growing! Cantu Group l The Griffin Real Estate is an independent, local, family, and minority-owned real estate office. We’ve served the greater Seattle area since 2003.
Our office is built around a philosophy of training, coaching, and mentoring. Each week our agents receive four hours of training classes. Weekly, they also receive a half hour one on one, mentoring session to work specifically on their individual businesses.

Our energy is open-minded, inclusive, and fun! We’re looking for positive, forward-minded people who want to build profitable real estate businesses that serve themselves and their communities. If this sounds like your type of vibe and your type of real estate office, reach out, we might be the perfect fit for you!

#14 - The War of Art by Steven Pressfield

Recommended by @dannyboygriffin

I tend to enjoy most of the books recommended by Danny. This one is short, fast paced and doesn’t mince words. If you’re looking for success or wanting to become the pro at whatever you do, The Resistance is what you’ve got to fight against everyday.

It shows up in your negative self talk, in your own negotiations to push things off and in your fear of failure. It’s a force that keeps us down, prevents you from stepping into your light and pushing past your barriers to be the best version of yourself in your work and your personal life.

If you’re aware of the Resistance, you can beat it, by showing up everyday, being consistent and disciplined against it. Many of us don’t even see the Resistance coming and let it keep us back with simple excuses (and less often, monumental ones)

This book sums up what Danny always says “No one is coming for you”. Do the work for you, because nobody else will.

It’s officially 10 days until EVOLV3 2026! The real estate industry is moving faster than ever. New tools, new technology, and constant change have many professionals chasing tactics without fully understanding the strategy behind the game.

But the agents and leaders who continue to grow are the ones who understand the fundamentals. Strategy, systems, and execution are what keep you relevant no matter how quickly the industry evolves.

At EVOLV3, Danny Griffin will break down what it truly takes to stay competitive in a changing market and why mastering the core principles of business is the real advantage.

Some principles don’t change.

At last year’s EVOLV3, Danny Griffin broke down the idea of immutable laws in business. The structure behind success doesn’t shift just because trends do. The fundamentals are constant. Strategy, consistency, systems, execution.

We may all build differently, but we’re working with the same framework. The difference isn’t the “bones” of the business. It’s how you apply them.

EVOLV3 is about understanding those foundations and mastering them.

Looking forward to having Danny Griffin back in Ottawa for EVOLV3 on March 26!

@dannyboygriffin plays a pivotal role in our business @metrocityproperty keeping us on track, holding us to our systems, pushing us to higher levels and having us dig deeper within ourselves to overcome any challenges we come across.

This business can be fun and full of highs, but comes with some pretty low lows. This is the guy I turn to when I need to be pointed in the right direction.

If you didn’t have the chance to hear from Danny last year, you better get your ticket to this year’s event. This is one you will not want to miss.

This conversation explores a core idea from The E-Myth and why every role, leader, and professional benefits from having a clear framework. Whether you run a business or are part of one, growth requires structure, intention, and a multidimensional way of thinking.

If this insight resonates, this year’s EVOLV3 builds on these conversations with an exceptional lineup of speakers and practical takeaways designed to elevate how you work and lead. We’re excited to welcome Danny Griffin back this year, a top real estate coach helping build stronger agents and teams across North America. 👏
