Fridays are truly the best day of the week.

Every Friday, I get to wake up and step into my purpose. I get to pour into others, share energy, create connection, and watch people become a little stronger than they were the week before.

None of this would be possible without this incredible community. Thank you to every person who shows up, brings a friend, shares a post, gives a hug, says a kind word, or simply believes in this vision. Your love and support are the reason this movement continues to grow.

What started as a simple idea has become something so much bigger than me.

And with that being said… we’re expanding to Miami. 🌴

More news coming soon, but I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love alongside people I love.

It takes a village. ❤️

Every Friday, we gather for more than a workout.

We show up in pursuit of becoming the best version of ourselves, alongside people who inspire us to do the same.

We bring our effort.
We bring our humility.
We bring our heart.

Because growth isn’t something we achieve alone. It’s something we experience together.

The workout is only the doorway. The people are what make Friday Stairs a community.

Here’s to another Friday spent becoming a little stronger, a little kinder, and a little more like the people we’re meant to become.

If you’re climbing, you belong. 💛

Sometimes you drive two hours just for a little time with the people who make it worth it 😊

What are the chances two great friends of ours happened to be in Austin at the same time. 😆

Shoutout to Danny who has been a life long friend 💙

Protecting your peace is knowing what deserves your energy and what doesn’t.

Not everything deserves a response. Not every situation needs your involvement. Not every opinion deserves your attention.

For 30 minutes every Friday morning, all the noise outside disappears.

Find the people and places that make the rest of the world go quiet for a little while.

See y’all in the a.m. @fridaystairs
