THE DADS DANCE 🔥 As we continue our countdown to this year’s summer show, today we’re throwing it back to one of the most unforgettable moments from our 10 Year Anniversary Show… the return of THE DADS DANCE 😂🔥 A group of our amazing dance dads came together to create their own routine, and they absolutely stole the show. Hilarious, entertaining and full of energy from start to finish - the audience loved every second of it! (Just listen to those cheers 🤣) Thank you to all the dads who threw themselves into rehearsals, stepped out of their comfort zones and gave us a moment we’ll never forget. Who thinks they need another comeback? 👀

Another fantastic weekend for The Box LDN at a fitness event. PBs everywhere, new starters stepping up, and the usual mix of fitness, humour, and not taking ourselves too seriously. Because that’s what we believe: fitness is for everyone. We want people to feel both aspirational and inspirational whether they’re chasing a PB or simply determined to get over the line. We’re all winning. The targets might be different, but the effort, the heart, and the community spirit are the same. And in the words of one of our founding clients… “The Box works!”
