Armus Hull Pro is coming to the back of this 2014 Nautique G23. We’re prepping the surface now for a clean, careful installation. A Brilliant Finish is Central Florida’s certified Armus Hull Pro installer. Hull Pro is a clear, durable liquid coating designed to protect the surface, resist UV exposure, and help reduce drag. It’s also biocide-free and non-ablative, offering an alternative to traditional bottom paint. Regular cleaning is still part of keeping any coated hull in good shape. Thinking about Hull Pro for your boat? Call or text us, or stop by The Detailers Pro Shop. We’re happy to talk through your boat and how you use it. Orlando, Florida boat owners: make sunny days on the water more comfortable with ceramic marine window tint from A Brilliant Finish. We use ceramic film because it can help reduce harsh glare and UV exposure while maintaining clear visibility. Compared with basic dyed films, quality ceramic film is designed to provide stronger infrared heat rejection and lasting performance without relying on metal layers that may interfere with electronic signals. Every film performs differently, so ask us about the options for your boat. Tint can help soften direct sun on your face, add an extra layer of UV protection for sensitive skin, and give your boat a clean, finished look. It’s a practical upgrade for boating around Orlando and Central Florida. Have questions about marine window tint? Call or text us, follow A Brilliant Finish for more boat care tips, and share this post with a fellow boater. Metal flake gelcoat takes a careful touch. Less is more: start with the lightest sanding step and move heavier only when needed. Sand through the flake and you can cause “silvering,” turning the flakes bright silver and changing the finish. On this boat, I wet-sanded the metal flake with 800 grit, then 1000 grit, followed by Mirka Polarshine P45 and Starke Blaze with an Ardex Blue Wall finishing pad. On the solid green and black areas, I worked through 400, 600, 800 and 1000 grit before polishing with Polarshine P45 and Starke Blaze. Next, we’ll ceramic coat the finished surface. If your boat’s gelcoat needs marine sanding, polishing or restoration in Orlando or Central Florida, call or text A Brilliant Finish at 407-902-6225. A brand-new Nautique S 23 is getting ready for the water with our New Boat Protection Package at A Brilliant Finish in Central Florida. We applied @gtechniq_marine ceramic protection to the hull and treated the vinyl seating to help protect it from everyday exposure and make upkeep easier. We’re grateful to do this for our friends at DriveDry.org. This is the third boat we’ve had the chance to protect for them, and we truly appreciate the relationship and their continued trust in our team. Florida sun, water, and everyday use can take a toll on your boat’s finish. Marine Protection Film (MPF) adds a durable 10–12 mil barrier to help protect against UV exposure and impacts. Choose clear film to preserve your boat’s look or colored film to customize it. We’re grateful to team up with our friend JC at Panawraps to help get this project done. A ceramic topper over the film adds gloss, water-repelling performance, and can make routine cleaning easier. A Brilliant Finish has been protecting boats in Orlando and Central Florida since 2006. Serving Orlando, Edgewood, Belle Isle, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Windermere, Kissimmee, and surrounding communities. Ready to protect or customize your boat?
