✨ Reminder for 2023: The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our Life (and work).

🤘🏻 As a trainer I help managers and entrepreneurs in creating meaningful and effective relationships with their teams.
And as General Manager of the world's leader POCUS scientific organization (@winfocusworld ) I try to put into practice what I preach in the best possible way. Honestly, applying those teachings is not easy but it is always worth it when you see the result of it.

🌍🌎🌏 We've delivered the world's largest PoCUS Congress ever organized and the numbers are impressive: 21,237 registrants from 127 countries, a faculty comprising 356 PoCUS Experts from all continents, 128 hours of the conference, 158 Endorsing institutions, 11 languages spoken: english, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Korean, German, Mandarin, Russian, Turkish, and Japanese.
In addition, we organized the largest PoCUS Workshop ever organized: 69 venues simultaneously, 20 different time zones and 1726 participants.

📌 There are many reasons behind the success of this event: the visionary leadership of our president Gabriele Via and executive committee, the collaboration of top world scientific organizations, speakers and event organizers, the strong commitment of our members and our secretariat team (thank you Cristina, Quim and the rest of the team), dozen of gantt chart and meetings, houndres of hours of analysis and finally the support of a few sponsors.

👌🏻But If I had to choose the main factor that made this huge event possible, I'd say the quality of the relationships between all the stakeholders involved. Without it nothing could have been done.

🔥I strongly believe that success depends on the quality of our relationships and taking care of the Others is the best way to take care of ourselves.

💥I'm on a Mission to build bridge between people, and this time was at WINFOCUS WORLD Congress.
