Update 08.10.2026 - I'm Home. Very raw video
.
In the space of 24 days, I've had 6 surgeries, been on a critical care ward, an intensive care ward, and an emergency care ward. I have been reminding how major this illness is and just how unwell I have been.
.
I understand some people might be thinking why am I keeping track of this. I am tracking this so this time next year I can see how far I have come. This is a serious time of reflection for me and I am forever thankful to everyone who has messaged, called, sent in cards, sent in gifts, come to visit. This time in my life has really shown who around would, and have, stepped up. From looking after Zinny, to looking after me.
.
Going forward, I've got another procedure in 6 weeks, I've got a lot of Dr's appointments coming up, and a lot of medication to be on.
.
I cannot wait to get back to my Myton community, and my tribe.
.
Thank you to my brother Dan, and to everyone who has supported him and other members of my family. There are so many people I can thank, the list would be too long. Until then, I'm home, I'm safe, time to mentally and physically recover.

Just a huge thank you to my small circle of support that is getting me through this little blip. You are all my reasons to recover correctly and get back on my feet. Sundays update - another unexpected procedure today to open up the veins as my hand went blue and numb, dangerously low blood pressure most of the day as well. But I feel so loved and love my family around me. I miss Zin Zin ridiculous amounts, but I know she is in the safest and most caring hands ever.

I came and I conquered when everyone asked why?!

What can I say - it's took me 5 attempts to make this post already and with many more photos and videos over the 4 years at @ultimate_fitness_brm I've gone with these few.

I'll start with thanking the incredible @si_fan and Big @colcol186 who have been nothing short of supportive, influential and straight down the line with me all the way. I was told bad things before I joined UFB but destiny was to end up here after my Nuffield fallout.

Everyone asked why a bodybuilding gym?
Well usually when those who think you're crazy for doing something (they wouldn't) then you're clearly making waves - so ride them out! 🏄

Sticking to my opinions on training throughout I always appreciated knowledge and wisdom from the many people that walked through the gyms doors - to which it was many! Exchanging just that is what life should be about - GROWTH!

Applying improved knowledge I managed to grow my business to a point where I was fully booked, something I also couldn't of done without a few stand out clients (seperate post)

Towards the end it was great sharing knowledge and expertise with the likes of @chrisphysiques_ @1am.kai @train_with_jj @fausta_fitness @saraemh1 @jz.bodybuilding @danretter @sid_rahman85

I even got chance to meet a few celebs along the way to which there was always a famous face in the gym nothing like I'd experienced before! Meeting the likes of @ryanjterry @andrewjacked @gregdoucetteifbbpro @eddiehallwsm @dmcintyrewwe just to name a few!

But also a big thanks to my clients and those that looked from afar as I educated, joked with and simply destroyed and passed the message on that I was a great PT - Big Love 💕

Shout out to the excellent photography too by @fantomvisuals & @mediabylsj

Anyways ranted on enough
It's been a pleasure and until next time

Stay Strong 💪🏻😎🔥

The Fantom Vs The Titan 😎 Legs with @mikeohearn completed ✅ One of the highlights from my Olympia trip was definitely training At the Mecca Golds Gym with the Titan for my YouTube which doesn’t get better than that. 💯

Since I started my channel after Covid I said to myself I wanted to travel the world and train with as many influential people as possible - something Ive definitely accomplished.

It’s been a fun journey from not even being able to talk in front of the camera to now collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry. Big thanks to Mike for being such a great sport and allowing me to join him for a heavy and hard leg session (my speciality 😎) I definitely picked up a few tips from the master.

The guys and I had an absolute blast in America doing the things we love and making everlasting memories.

Coming home I feel more motivated and excited than ever.

Already planning the next trip! ✈️

Big shoutout to @garyphillipsphoto for filming. 📹
