Put monolithic in the hands of a “Beginner” and you’ll get the same “best program” repeated again and again—
the pig simply repainted, the system renamed, the shine always recycled.

Put monolithic in the hands of a disciplined assassin chasing the highest of highs—
Nature—and you start to see the separation.
Emotion only then becomes visible.

~The effort is the same.
~The intention is not.
The patient is always worth everything it takes to recreate the thing that makes a human feel whole.

Notice I never mentioned a price.
Because there isn’t one.
This is a connection of trust—patient, clinician, technician—
a three‑way dance that becomes of one mind, one vision, one truth.

You can not make something good until you understand who you’re making it for.
From the initial diagnostic findings to the delivery of the definitive restorations, the process required no fewer than 5 visits. These visits doesn’t mean reaching out for your burrs and cutting down teeth, so many inches here, so many inches there, no no no.

A reconstruction like this happens maybe once or twice in a patient’s lifetime…I am always looking for the opportunity to create perfect smiles for my patients. Thank you for trusting us ❤️❤️❤️

Where do I even begin,
I have been brought to my knees, overwhelmed with gratitude to all my family, extended family and friends. I can't thank you enough for the love and support I have received.
My life has been catapulted into beautiful abundance because of all of you. Thank you for listening, thank you for offering me shelter, thank you for the gofund me, thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I don't know how I got so lucky to have such beautiful people in my life! If I missed anyone in the tag I'm sorry! It only let me do 20. 😬

PANDORA’s BOX…the closest description to redoing old dentistry. You never know what you’re going to find. It’s even more tricky deciding which teeth to keep and which to extract.
.
Thankful to our patients who understand the level of difficulty, yet work together with us as a team to deliver. Much respect to @kaitlynmcintosh for being my right hand from beginning to end 😘 & also to @danrsorenson and his team @naturalaestheticsdentallab for their true craftsmanship.

As a clinician, I believe in treating patients as I would myself or family.
This patient had had enough surgeries, some of which included maxillary and mandibular advancement which resulted in permanent paresthesia of the lower lip.
.
.
After picking this case up, I thought it’s a perfect place and time to consider the beautifully simple and the simply beautiful….just a three unit FPD (bridge) from 8-10, rather than more rounds of surgery.
.
.
We achieved the maximum impact with minimum intervention.

The definitive visual guide to a happy patient is the SMILE. Our patient presented with missing posterior teeth, old failing “fillings”, new decay (cavities) around old crowns. Biggest concern though was to transform her smile.
*
*
*Her final smile seems to radiate happiness and the spirit of modern life. It’s 2022 and We are all in ❤️.

Bringing the smile back to life with a true celebration of material and craftsmanship. A combination of minimally invasive porcelain laminate veneers and much needed onlays was used to transform this smile. Thanks to @danrsorenson and to @kaitlynmcintosh for making this possible.❤️🎨🪢 #prosthodontics #prosthetics #estheticdentistry #esteticadental #dentalstudent #dentalphotography #dentalimplants #dentallab #dentalhealth #dentalart #dentalworld #ceramiclicious #emaxveneers #periodontics_world #ceramicsofinstagram #dentalcases #aboutdentistry #bestofprosth #surgicalprosthodontics #surgicalprosthodontist #periodontology_team #dentista #vidadedentista #smiles #carillasdentales #odontologiaestetica #dentistlifestyles #dentalstudentthread #dentiprophotography #dentipro

Almost anything you can think of looks different the closer you get. Suddenly the Simple becomes Beautiful and the Beautiful, plain Simple. When we put aside the way we normally see, we find details and patterns and beauty in the apparently mundane things. ❤️🎨🪢#closeupphotography #closeupmagic #creativephotography #prosthodontics #prosthetics #estheticdentistry #esteticadental #dentalstudent #dentalphotography #dentalimplants #dentallab #dentalhealth #dentalart #dentalworld #ceramiclicious #emaxcrown #dentaltechnicians #ceramicsofinstagram #dentalcases #aboutdentistry #bestofprosth #surgicalprosthodontics #surgicalprosthodontist #dentalceramist #dentista #vidadedentista #smiles #carillasdentales #odontologiaestetica #dentistlifestyles

The MIS_ING central. The subtle but clever manipulation of the tissue (tissue sculpting), allowed us to select materials with colors and textures which will disguise the replacement tooth within its environment. The results cannot overstate the importance of soft tissue manipulation using implant temps before final restoration. Going straight to finals from a healing cap is like a shot in the dark, hoping to hit the target 🎯. Don’t be that guy 😉. #prosthodontics #prosthetics #estheticdentistry #esteticadental #dentalstudent #dentalphotography #dentalimplants #dentallab #dentalhealth #dentalart #dentalworld #ceramiclicious #emaxveneers #periodontics_world #ceramicsofinstagram #dentalcases #aboutdentistry #bestofprosth

#’s 7 & 8 Finally Dressed in Nature’s Hues following a series of multiple attempts by a previous provider to get the esthetics right. Done by hand by my expert ceramist and artisan @danrsorenson of @naturalaestheticsdentallab 🎨. The captivating esthetics, combined with its smooth curves, geometry, and elegant details does not take away from its harmony with the buccally placed natural tooth 10.
