une danseuse c’est aussi ça …

Des heures de répétition en studio, à travailler chaque mouvement, chaque détail, chaque sensation… et puis arrive le moment de s’adapter à une nouvelle réalité : une scène inclinée

Parce qu’être danseuse, ce n’est pas seulement connaître sa chorégraphie. C’est savoir réajuster ses appuis, retrouver son équilibre, modifier ses repères et faire confiance à son corps

Il faut s’adapter, encore et toujours. Transformer la contrainte en force, l’inconfort en maîtrise, et continuer à danser avec précision, malgré l’imprévu.

C’est aussi ça, le métier de danseuse : s’adapter sans jamais perdre l’essence du mouvement 🩰✨🪩

The first week of August was really special for @cyrielleballet and me.

We had the chance to finally meet each other!

As French Ballet Rosa Soloists, it was such a special day for both of us. 😍

We managed to create something truly special together. ✨

Chaussons Pour Tous : donner une seconde vie au matériel de danse 🩰
.
Depuis maintenant deux ans, l’association Chaussons Pour Tous développe, aux côtés de ses partenaires Pacôme Recyclage et Dansea, une démarche unique de collecte, de réemploi et de recyclage du matériel de danse.
Grâce à cette initiative, plusieurs tonnes de matériel de danse ont déjà été récupérées et valorisées, permettant de réduire le gaspillage tout en favorisant l’accès à la danse pour le plus grand nombre.
Et l’aventure ne fait que commencer... Nous travaillons actuellement à la mise en place d’un partenariat exceptionnel avec une grande institution du monde de la danse, qui viendra renforcer encore davantage l’impact et le rayonnement de cette initiative.
Ensemble, faisons entrer la danse dans une démarche plus durable.

These weeks have been intense, challenging, and filled with so much kindness, passion, and dedication. I feel incredibly honoured to have been surrounded by such inspiring teachers who shared their knowledge, experience, and love for dance with me.

Thank you to all the wonderful teachers who have taught me so much and helped me grow, both as a dancer and as a person.

I loved every moment of my time here. These two weeks went by far too quickly, but they will remain forever in my heart ✨✨✨

I am deeply grateful for the beautiful people I met, the friendships created, and all the precious memories we shared together every single day.
