A lot of people have been asking, how did Freddie walk across this? How did it even get rigged? Or was it always there?

The answer is, @unchartedlines rigged it for Freddie! A close group of friends with a shared passion and a history of pulling off outlandish feats around the world over the past half a decade together, were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to bring this highline to life for @freddie.falcon & the @atlantafalcons
•
The reality is, yes, we take our work and our profession very seriously, but we also have to remember to have fun, crack jokes, and just enjoy being alive. Being good at what you do doesn’t mean you can’t have fun, be present, and appreciate the small things in life along the way.

Dancing with Doubt - another climbing project from this last year!

@amityclimbs and I are always scheming on the next adventure together. The next epic route. The next mind blowing location. The next cool story we could tell.

When she mentioned wanting to go try Dreefee up on the Rainbow Wall, I said yes, immediately.

Amity recruited up and coming crusher @rach_bal to join the climbing team while I implored @dantbaum and @chrisnataliephoto to come make some images with me.

A week of uncomfortably hot temps. Long hikes. Heavy bags. Bivies at the base of the wall. But damn, it was all worth it.

It was a real privilege to watch these ladies throw down up there. Truly some impressive climbing.

Summer roadtrip vibes! Always feels bittersweet coming back from a long trip. 2 months traveling and breaking in the ‘94 slide in camper I got on marketplace

“Kinder Cakes” was the ultimate goal of the trip but also tons of great moments in between. Dance party at the ICF, dog doing ???, knee pad rescuing etc. @arcteryx

Another year around the sun ☀️

And this one has definitely been… a lot😂

26 was definitely a year filled with alot of change, uncertainty, and things happening in nearly every corner of my life, some of which I’ll perhaps share more about one day. But more than anything, it’s been a year of introspection, evolution, and learning to become comfortable with the fact that I don’t always know what comes next.

Through all of it, I think what I’m most grateful for are the people in my life. The people who keep me grounded. The people who keep me grateful. The people who remind me who I am when my own head gets a little too loud. And the people I know I can count on, no matter where life happens to take me.

Life is rarely a seamless or linear process. Sometimes all we can do is work with what we have, make the best decisions we can with what we know in the moment, give ourselves grace when we inevitably get some of them wrong, and keep evolving.

We get such a ridiculously limited amount of time on this rotating sphere floating through a giant black abyss 🌎and I think I’m realizing more and more that I just want to spend mine intentionally. Loving deeply. Experiencing as much as I can. Doing work that means something to me. Staying curious. Growing. And appreciating the people who make this whole weird experience worthwhile.

Here’s to 27 ❤️

How can my baby possibly be 21 (and a day)? Happy birthday to the light of my life! 21 years of joy, pain, sunshine and rain (IFKYK) and everything in between.
