The early Barstool papers were apparently a completely different animal.

Dante remembers grabbing issues on the train in the early 2000s and reading writers who basically had zero filter.

Looking back now, there’s no way some of that stuff makes it to print today.

The old Barstool was different.

Some artists have absolutely insane riders.

Dante’s is basically just a bottle of añejo tequila and some waters.

He said it himself: “I don’t want to make those people’s job hard.”

Respect.
