Back from an amazing couple of weeks contributing at the amazing @peligoni club for PACE II & III. Honestly this place changes lives - ive watched it first hand time and time again , with all the amazing contributors from @oyogo.london bringing all their super powers together , it can't not make you want to make big changes for the better going forward.
Its been such a privilege to be able to take my Reiki sessions with me to this island and also be able to hold some space for my @rootedbrotherhood walk and talk sessions - I'll be forever grateful for the opportunity and thankful to every client that took the time to book on with me.
I'm now swapping my Birkenstocks for boots 🫤 - what a funny ol life this can be sometimes.

Pace Week II has once again reminded us just how special it is when the right people come together.

Early morning workouts, time on the water, recovery sessions, long table lunches and evenings spent together. A week filled with shared experiences, new friendships and the kind of energy that stays with you long after it’s over.

It’s a reminder that the most memorable wellness experiences go far beyond the programme itself. They’re shaped by the conversations, the connections and the moments in between that turn a week away into something much more meaningful.

To everyone who made Pace Week II what it was, thank you. What a week, what a community.

genuinely too busy having fun to document but here we are… i actually can’t recommend a trip to @peligoni enough. but i’m one of the lucky ones that gets to call this work.

not my first rodeo at peli but it was my first pace and honestly, what a bangin’ time we’ve had. working for yourself isn’t always easy but when you end up at places like that, with people like that, you realise the hard work is worth it.

We’re proud to welcome Dan Wallace and Becky Adlington to the event on the day.

Between them, they’ve collected 24 major international medals, including 6 Olympic medals, World Championship titles and Commonwealth golds.

We’re thrilled to have them joining us at Tour de 4! 💙

Glasgow 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 - 4th Commonwealth Games ✅… sort of!

The Highlights -

- 2014 CWG Tartan goes harder than people remember/give credit for… the shirt stayed in the attic 😶

- Ringing the “Jubell” for Slams Gold in the 2IM 🥇

- John Hunt and Karen Pickering shouting into microphones… legendary

- Guest speaker with Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons

- Remising with @longines about breaking the Commonwealth Record and not getting a watch 🙂🤣

- Witnessing 12 years of aging in accreditation 😶

- The Horns ⚡️

- Seeing friends from home and away ❤️

- Scotlands swimmers and fans crushing as per usual 🤟🏻

Lastly but certainly not leastly, thank you to @5livesport, John and @karenpicks for the honour and opportunity to help bring the special moments for the athletes to life.

The CWG gave me everything and it was one of the great privileges of my life to give a little back 💙
