Today’s #whychiowednesday is our 2026 graduate and birthday girl @dany_dunlevy as her chapter at rollins ends she shares how Chi Omega has truly changed her life! Here’s what she had to say:

“Being a part of Chi Omega has been one of the most meaningful parts of my time at Rollins. Coming into college, I never imagined how much this chapter would shape me, and now, as a senior four years later, I’m beyond grateful for this sorority and all the amazing women it has brought into my life. ❤️💛

Through Chi Omega, I found some of my closest friends, mentors, and role models. I’m not the same person I was when walking into Corrin Hall my freshman year, and I’m so thankful for that. My Chi Omega sisters have helped me build a confidence and pride in myself that I would not have found anywhere else. They’ve supported me through every stage of college life, cheered for me during my highest moments, and reminded me of my worth during the lows. Being surrounded by these girls has, without a doubt, changed me for the better.

Chi Omega has opened the door for me to take on leadership roles that helped me grow and gain experience as a leader. Taking on the roles of Philanthropy Chair, Panhellenic Delegate, Director of Programs, and VP of Panhellenic Recruitment was taxing at times, but extremely rewarding because I was able to give back to my chapter and the Panhellenic community. I was also honored to have been named Rollins Executive Member of the Year at the 2024–25 Greek Awards, which is something I would have never been able to accomplish without the support of my sisters.

I am leaving Rollins with more than a degree. I am leaving with lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a sisterhood that will always feel like home.”
