2022, the best year yet. The year I decided life was happening for me, not too me. 2022 was the year I got honest with myself, started to trust myself, and learned to love myself. What I learned.. ✨ you have to get honest with yourself about what you’re not allowing yourself to feel if you want to change. ✨ you can’t run away from negative emotions, like shame or sadness; they’ll consume you. You have to allow yourself to feel those negative feelings & talk about it with someone, and eventually those negative feelings dissolve. ✨ if you reject parts of yourself, then you’ll attract partners who reject you too. You’ll attract people who don’t accept you as you are, who don’t appreciate you, and who try to change you. ✨ when trying to achieve something new in life, don’t rush into action. Slow down and let the inspiration come first, then make a move. ✨ change happens in an instant - but it feels like you do the inner work for a while because it takes time for your perception that you can change to change. Stay patient with yourself & learn to love & trust the process. ✨ we often given the universe mixed signals about what we want. You may say you want something, like a loving relationship or dream career, but energetically you are blocking it from happening because you have a stronger inner dialogue telling you that you’re not ready. ✨ self-doubt is a good thing. It means you’re pushing your comfort zone and are about to up-level. ✨ if you’re feeling uninspired and struggling to figure out your purpose/career/dharma - double down on your interests & passions, be willing to say “yes” to new things you wouldn’t normally try, and follow the breadcrumbs from there… ✨ trust your gut. The body knows better than the mind. When making big emotional decisions, don’t try to think your way to a solution. Pause, breathe, go for a walk, listen to your body’s signals. — Which of these resonates with you? 🙂 Can’t wait to continue this magical, ongoing journey of unfolding. 2023, the year of seeing more, feeling more, loving more. #2022recap #lessons

This year has turned into a giant reclamation of my voice. ❤️‍🔥 Speaking my truth, expressing instead of repressing, and singing in ways I never have before. I’m so grateful to Lake Atitlán Guatemala for being the perfect birthing place for my voice to open. To beautiful communities like the @mysticalyogafarm and @arcoisisatitlan that encourage everyone to sing, no matter the experience level. And to my partner @magikmurphy for loving singing as much as I do. 🥰 #bebravewithyourlife #choosecourage #taketheleap #growyourwings #expressyourself #beyourtrueself #trynewthings #dothehardthings #youcandohardthings #youcandoit #openyourvoice #openyourheart #letyourselfbeheard #speakyourtruth #followyourheart❤️

You know what the most beautiful part about life is? Nothing is permanent ☯️ As one journey ends, some may feel the sadness of the wind down and parting of ways. But for a new journey to begin, one MUST end. This is the rhythm of life. Of all things. It’s an opportunity for the next leg of your epic to take shape on the page, for every moment is painted in ink as it unfolds Why bother worrying about the past, it’s already written Why bother worrying about the future, the pages leading up to it are blank Live present, because that’s all we have Yes, we have technology that allows photos or videos, but how many words do you see when you look at them? These pictures, you see faces, structures, places… They tell you an exert But to me, each on is a full novel, full of adventure, laughs, pain, knowledge, compassion… For a picture to truly be worth 1000 words, you must have written them in that exact moment I was present for each moment because every moment is the only thing we are ever promised And with that presence, these photos bring joyful loving tears to my eyes - because I was there Not just physically I was there with my intent, my soul, my heart I didn’t let preconceived notions, fears, insecurities, expectations, etc limit my experience I’ve been jaded, we all have But why carry a weight if all it does is hold you back? Let it go before the mental pain becomes physical Call some one and tell them you love them Give someone a hug like you haven’t seen them in years When with the ones you care for, open your heart, not your phone Love everyone instead of hiding your heart behind the walls you’ve built to “protect” you, that’s true strength. And if you have a chance, squat barefoot. Never know when you’ll need that ability 😜 #love #compassion #joy #friendship #adventure #harmony #bepresent #momentslikethese #pilgrimage #perspective #bethechange #movementismedicine #laughteristhebestmedicine #hermetics #egypt #pyramids #obelisk #lovefrequency #travel #sphinx #kingschamber #5elements #beastchiro #balance #empowerment #awareness #strength #transformation #beast #levelup

I’m beyond happy to announce theses weekly Sound Baths @homesweetstudiolx a cozy photo studio, 3 minute drive from Santa Apolonia. It will be a special series of Sound Baths, where we dive deep into sound, enjoy and surrender into the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Reiki drums, and voice and get inspired for the calmer, slower season of the year. I also have a surprise that I am working on, a new setup of sounds that came to me during the summer sessions✨🎶 Afterwards, there is time for a chat and tea ☕ and on some special nights (dates to be announced) Ricardo Macedo’s delicious vegan cuisine will enchant and nurture us after the sessions.✨💙 Stay tuned, magic guaranteed!✨✨✨✨ 🎶🎶🎶 Save your spot for the very first session on Monday 10th, it’s a cozy space and there are only limited spots available!
